Bought a set of BFG around 1700$. Website stated would arrive 3-5 days. Never got shipping info called could not get ahold of anyone sat on the online chat 4 different days finally Waited an hour and a half to get through to someone to find out tires were back ordered but they never let us know. But they could magically ship them the next day. And wait another 3-5 days to get them. They never apologized and I explained that I called 4 different times waited 20 minutes for them to end the call saying there were no agents available. No apologies for that. They tried to cancel my order told me it would take 7-10 business days to get my money back. BS customer service. First time ever using them will never use them again. If they would have let us know they were backordered right away I would have never kept the order would have went to get my tires somewhere else.

This company doesn't even deserve the forced 1 star that we have to rate them. On 11/19/21 I bought tires/rim from tirebuyer. The eta was that the tires would be delivered within 3 days from when the order was placed and the rims could take up to 10 days. Ive been trying to reach out about this order. I received the rims and still have no tires. I have been calling customer service for the past week and have even left a call back number. I still have not received a call back and when I am put on hold it's a 10 minute wait that turns into 20 plus minutes and then the call drops. I have tried the live online chat waited 30 minutes just to be asked to email them. I have emailed them with them responding that I would receive help within 48 hours. It has been 4 days since I've emailed them with no help. This os the worst customer service I have ever experienced. At this point I'm wanting to cancel this order and continue posting reviews on this horrible experience.

I would give them a negative 5 rating if I could! Had immediate problems with the tires after install. The tires bounced and felt like they were floating at freeway speeds. The local shop setup through Tirebuyer.com said the tires were faulty. It was a nightmare working with Tirebuyer.com to get a fix. After multiple failed promises by them to fix the issue, I had to purchase tires from another company.
Even though they said in writing they would credit me the money back, I am still fighting to get my money back after 6 weeks! Run from this company! Don't give them a dime.

Have been disconnected several times, cant talk to a person cant get a refund until tires are back at there warehouse. No email received, they have no idea where the tires are They take money right away but don't ship kinda seems like extortion.

I recently order 4 new tires from them. I selected my tires by the guide they give you by selecting year/make/model of your vehicle. I opted for the highly rated and more costly brand. They were shipped in a timely manner. However, when I brought them to my local mechanic they informed me they were in fact too small for vehicle. They had sent me 225/60R18 my vehicle takes 265/60R18. I contacted customer service to inform them there was an error on the website and those tires are not indicated for my type of vehicle. All there response was "we will allow you to send them back and once they reach our warehouse and we verify it then we will refund you." There was no compensation for the misgivings. Also I felt uncomfortable to send them back since they stated they would need to "verify" the were the wrong tires before reimbursement. I smell a scam. I ended up selling them locally at a reduced price I purchased them for.

The lousy $10 you save per tire is useless when you need them to replace a 4 month old tire that costs $300 and they say "you are out of warrantee" with a simple road hazard nail and PLENTY OF TRED!... stay away... go to Tire Rack!

Rohan was the chat representative who assisted me in a professional manner. I recently purchased a brand new set of Falken ZE950 A/S tires 225/50/17 for my 09 Acura TSX. The online purchase process was simple, Tire Buyer applied my Military discount using the ID.me link, and boom affordable tires. They shipped the tires the next day and arrived within a few days. I had them installed the following day. After three days of driving & less than 500 miles, I had an unfortunate tire puncture from a bungee strap with a metal S hook on the highway. It was on a Saturday and getting late, but luckily I was able to get my car towed to the nearest Firestone to get it fixed. Unfortunately, the tire had two bubbles on the side after being patched and aired back up. So that's when I contacted TireBuyer via chat and spoke with Rohan. He assisted me with fixing the problem and sending me out 1 brand new tire and emailed me the steps to return the defective tire. Always a pleasure having someone listen to you're concern and take the necessary action to help with fixing the problem. I've purchased other tires from TireBuyer in the past and will continue to do so. After my positive experience with their customer service ensures that I will return as a customer. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I ordered here twice within last 2 months and BOTH times I received 3 tires. 4th one is lost in transit for what seems like weeks. You can email, call, text, but you won't get an answer for these guys. Still trying to get my 4th tire as of now. That I've been trying to contact daily for a week since 3 tires showed at my door. LIKE WHO BUYS 3 TIRES?! This place needs to shut down.

I ordered and paid for FOUR tires to be shipped to an affiliated installer. Days later and after the installation was scheduled for early next week, I receive an email from Tirebuyer.com indicating THREE tires were shipped. I have called and left voicemail and emailed the company with NO response. Phone calls to Tirebuyer.com are put on hold and the auto-forwarded after approximately 5 minutes to a ‘leave a message' only option, from where the company fails to respond. Terrible customer service! I am not confident the FOURTH ordered tire will be at the installer's location on time for the scheduled appointment. Please make your own decisions, but for me this has been a terrible experience!

Very difficult to get a hold of someone on the phone, emails don't get responded to. They really need to hire more people or something. Hector was very helpful. Tires were delivered fast though.

Ordered my tires 7 days ago, it said during my purchase that they would be delivered in 3 business days. Still no sign of the tires and I have been on hold with customer service for 30 minutes now 3 separate times, yet to speak to anyone. Also emailed customer service yesterday with no response. When I look up my order status it just says received, ships FedEx. Like to know if these are coming, so far VERY unimpressed.

I dropped of the tire after a wrong purchase on ebay. It was easier to take it there than go through fedex. I've waited 7 days so far and no refund. It took over a week to even get an rma to begin with. Terrible customer service. $178.00 tire...

2.5 rating out of 5? And it goes to show the poor service from these guys. I bought some Nitto 37s and was in contact with them about the vibrating issues I was having from the start. After about 2 months and a total of 4 tire balancing from 3 different shops and about $180 worth wasted we finally got a new set of tires. I asked if they would reimburse me for the wasted balancing that I was advised to do or was the blame was that the rims were probably out of round and they said they wouldnt be able to. So if you have issues, either get it refunded or ask them to waste their money to rebalance if they wanna try exploring other options. I wasted so much time, effort and money on this process. And they sure arnt in any hurry to respond to email either. Poor customer service and their rating shows!

I ordered on 07/03/2020 and on 07/06/2020 I have them installed despite being a long holiday I was able to get my tires done. Pepboy's did a great job.
