I purchased two tires which was supposed to be shipped to an installer store. After the scheduled delivery time I contacted the installer and they said the tires hasn't been arrived. Then I called tirebuyer they said it has been delivered and someone named Anthony signed. I called back the installer again and they said they don't have anybody named Anthony. Long story short after several phone calls and emails tirebuyer admitted that they can't confirm the delivery and will refund me. No refund after two weeks. I called them again after two weeks the same story and they issued a refund for the second time. No money received. I finally had to dispute the charge on my credit card hoping that I can get my money. This is a true disappointment if it is not a fraud. Never ever buy from tirebuyer again.

Ordered set of 4 tires online sent to installer. Never informed tires arrived. Had to call an check. Dropped of truck first time and about an hour after returning home got call the wrong size was delivered. ON all 4. Not one number correct. Several calls to get replacements. Followed up and was told tires were delivered. Took truck back in for second time but installer only received 3 of 4. Many more calls. Finally 4 tire arrived. Almost 3 weeks. For me it just wasnt worth it. Its a hard pass and I would use Tirebuyer in the future.

If the tires are not as expected, you cannot mount them and still get a refund -- you are stuck with tires that don't work for you vehicle. If you find out they have a terrible ride, you're just screwed. If you buy local, they will usually work with you to replace the tires. The install prices and scheduling are not guaranteed. Add to that time wasted on phone waiting for customer service, and the rude rep who accuses you of lying and won't get a supervisor = AVOID

So I originally thought what a great idea and bought 4 tires (with $50 rebate), had them shipped to installer. Initially impressed. Then tires started losing air, one drastically to the point of twice weekly inflation. Received rebate card, it was good for 6 months and not accepted anywhere, then expired. Tirebuyer is not sending new card, not accepting responsibility for the deflating tires. Nothing. I'm disgusted with their lack of customer service. Their abilty to screw a client.

I ordered the tires on a Friday and were told they would arrive by the following Tuesday with install slated for Wednesday. Got a message that the tires would be delayed and then confirmation that they shipped on Wednesday. Rescheduled the installation appointment only to get a call hours after i dropped off my car that only 3 out of 4 tires shipped to the shop. I tried to contact customer service via call and website chat and no one was of any help. I don't think they could even understand what i was saying because their English was broken. Now over a week after ordering, my car is still at the shop, i can't get in touch with anyone to get a refund and i am spending my Saturday writing a review. This company is a joke. The $50 you might save is not worth the time lost and hassle. Never again...

I ordered my tires on a Friday, and my tires were here on Saturday. Free delivery as well, Pleased with the service and the product price.

There was an issue with the shipping address on my package. It was incorrect. I called Tirebuyer for help in getting this resolved. Meanwhile I do not have a drivable vehicle bc I need a tire. My vehicle is sitting at Firestone where the tire I ordered needs to be delivered. They told me they could do nothing about the incorrect address since it was already inroute. They advised I would have to wait until FedEx shipped the tire back to them, then they would re-fund me, and I would have to start the process all over again. Meanwhile I knew that was BS, so I got the tracking number called FedEx myself to make them aware of the situation they put in a report that goes out to the dispatcher, and they will let them know of the street address update. They did not care that I was without a car, no one took any initiative to try and help me, not even a manager. I will NEVER use them again nor will I recommend them to anyone.

They cancelled my first order with no attempt to notify me and no reason for the cancellation. I ordered again (BAD MISTAKE!), with instructions to ship to my installer. Three of the 4 tires arrived at MY HOUSE, not the installer. Name on the label was the installer's assist. Mgr. but address was my house. The next day the fourth tire arrived, again to the assistant mgr. And again to my house. The customer "service" man I talked to has a very heavy Indian accent, so much so that I had to get him to repeat everything he said at least 3 and sometimes 4 times. He didn't seem to know anything at all; was basically no help. I will say that TireBuyer had a decent price on the tires I needed, but that's the only good thing I have to say about them. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH TIREBUYER EVER AGAIN AND I SUGGEST YOU FOLLOW MY ADVICE.

I bought tires through tirebuyer.com on 06/07/2022. On the website, it said the tires I chose had an estimated delivery on 06/09/2022 and it gave me the option to make an appointment on that day. So I did.

06/10/2022 I get an email from Tire buyer telling me the tires won't be delivered until the 15th of June and I would need to reschedule my appointment.

I had needed these tires ASAP. The main reason why I bought them was because they said they would be delivered in 3 days.

The agent wrote me one email. He didn't give me any options to choose a different tire with faster delivery. He didn't respond to any of my emails.

He had left the phone number of the tire place and expected me to call and reschedule the appointment.

The whole point of buying online was for the convenience of having tirerbuyer handle everything for me so I wouldn't have to deal with it.

Upon calling the tire place, I was told that they would call me once the tires arrived to come in.

It's now the 16th. The tires were delivered today at 2:14pm and I got no call. I will call them tomorrow and hopefully they will be able to install them tomorrow, the 17th.

10 days now going on 11 is far too long to be waiting for something that originally said 3 days. Customer service at tirerbuyer is unhelpful and doesn't care about customers.

They also give false information stating that the tires had a window of 1-15 days for delivery but nowhere on the website is that stated.

Needless to say I won't be doing business with tirerbuyer ever again.

I orginally purchased 2 tires before Memorial day with a install the Tue after the holiday. Tirebuyer.com never charged my card, never shipped the tires and completely dropped the ball on my order. I went to there site for info on my order and they had no record of the purchase. I went back to the site a couple of days later to shop and they did a unauthorized order and charge to my debit card. I called for a refund and they told me they would refund in 3-5 days. It has now been 7 business days and no refund. Customer service hung up on me yesterday when trying to get my refund again. I think i will report tirebuyer to the Arizona Attorney General.

It wasn't the worst experience but I honestly wish I had just driven down to the Discount Tire and paid the extra $40 to get it done and over with right away. Live and learn.

TB setup my appointment but the confirmation was sent from a cryptic email address that went to my junk folder. No other confirmation so I missed my first appointment and was stuck dealing with an aggravated tire shop that I didn't even purchase tires from. I thought I would have saved $60 on 2 tires so it seemed worth it but by the time I paid for tire disposal (they don't mention that) and fees which are charged at installation I really only saved about $40 over get it down right away at my local DT.

When we arrived at the dealer after already paying for the tires, they charged rates much higher than quoted. Dont trust any of the quotes for mounting and balancing in my opinion. I will never buy from tirebuyer again

I was worried when we only received 1 of 4 tires ordered! Contacted company and was told the other 3 had been on backorder but were being shipped and couldn't get a tracking number. Seemed like it was going to be a hassle but the other tires came within a couple days and we were credited 10% back. We would of liked to have been notified of the backorder issue in the beginning but they took care of everything and the end result was very good. Tires are great and the delay was resolved quickly. Thank you guys!

I ordered four tires on their website and they were supposed to be delivered on Friday 2/4/22 which there was no delivery after so many emailing and phone calls finally I was told my order would be delivered on Wednesday 2/9/22 yes it was but only one of the four tires was delivered! So I tried to call them again but there was no answer! This is the second time they are doing this kind of business with me! And it will be the last for sure.

I recommend TireBuyer for anyone who loves the convenience of having your Tires and Service brought to your home or for you to set an Appt to have it done on your schedule. Tirebuyer is scam

On Dec. 27th, 2021 I was looking for a good tire deal to purchase. I looked at some Iron Man brand tires that I had purchased about three or four years back from this site (only purchase ever). I placed the tires on the cart only to review what my total with tax would be... I left the site and dindn't think about it till the money was gone from my account, over 600 dlls.

I am giving them one star because you can't rate lower than that.

I wrote to someone in customer service chat. This person was rude, If I didn't understand a question he wouldn't explain, he would just repeat the same question and I was not talking to a machine, but it seemed like it. This person did not help but rather made me think that he was shooting for the opposite. After the 100 Questions Game, he just replied to go to my bank as he could not find anything related to my order. This person never understood my position of not having an Order or Order No. I don't know how this happened but my bank clearly states the charge from tirebuyer.com
I am very dissapointed and angry that this person didn't even try to help and that this ordeal happened. I never purchased the Tires, I never hit the purchase button on their web page... this is Just Insane... Meanwhile I don't have the funds or any tires on my truck.
