Tiny Deal's customer service is inefficient, they think we are fools and refuse a refund that i should normally get. After several contacts over several months, the answer is always "checking post office" or "wait a few days". My order was made in February and we are in June and I'm tired of waiting "a few days" to finally have no refund when I did not receive the article. This website is a scam, it is possible to dois a successful purchase, but if you have any problem with your order, which is very common, they never will do something for you. Tiny deal owe me 230 and refuses to refund me. NEVER order on this site unless you like to play Russian roulette with hypocrites.
On november 30th 2017 I bought a cell phone (paid right away), they told me I had to wait for a month for the cell phone to be shipped (December 30th 2017) and I accepted, after a month and a week (January 4th 2018) they write me that the cell phone had such a big sell so they don't have any cell phone to send me. These guys are shameless, I won't buy anything again from these unserious people. Now let's see how much trouble I will have to get a refund. I also have another order going on with them about a mobile charger and a simple smart watch and they came with the same stuff. Your article has such a huge demand so we don't know when we will be able to send it. If they don't have the articles they shouldn't show it as available and take payments.

Raised a dispute with paypal. I doubt it will be resolved due to the 45 day resolution time limit.
First the cell phone I ordered was not delivered, and after 2 months I received a cell phone that doesn't work. I have mailed many times, but if I want my money back, I have to make high returning costs. They won't cooperate decently at all.

They don't publish negative customers reviews & don't allow to moderate any of them. They don't even try to change defective review system. Your refunded amount of money will come only in their TD points - not by bank transfer. The delivery time is too long for eastern Europe - takes 5-6 weeks. Beware!

TinyDeal Company has no customer service, so it's one of the worst companies happens if you purchase something, because if you lose an order never and will never get their money back.
Personally lost € 150 for the purchase of a tablet whose shipping was never able to follow up.
I've been waiting over 4 months and I always order the same answer, be patient.
I feel cheated and robbed me.
Their faces tough they never respond to my questions in order to make a claim.
My advice is to look for other more responsible company.

If you want to experience terrible customer service then shop at tiny deal, if your item is lost in transit you will not get any form of refund. Just diatribe, after diatribe, of 'wait', 'more time please' 'we will check at post office'. I must of invested 4-5 hours trying to get an amicable settlement but it was a wast of my life. I get 3 months of this rubbish and nothing. Save your money buy else where. You have been warned.
One other point, when seeking a refund via paypal they reported a false (someone's but not mine) tracking number, to try to scupper my claim and convince paypal i had received my item.
You want to deal with these people, they just pray nothing goes wrong...
You should stay away from this site. They offer cheap products indeed but the delivery time is awful! I am waiting for the past 8 weeks and still nothing has arrived.
Whenever I try to speak to an online representative I get the same response, please wait a few more days. That's been going on for the past 4 weeks! Not even a compensation was offered. I bought a tablet in 208$, If I do get it eventually the money I paid back then can now get me something even better.

SCAM. I ordered an item which did not arrive. Complained and was told tracking number showed item was abandoned and not delivered by postal service. Tinydeal refused to give me refund, and offered something like 5% off my next order! Would never order from them again. Will contact credit card company to see if there is something they can do from their end.

Goods - very often happens fake, not quality or defective items. The very site and relevant to the customer - very suddenly. But the last time I finally - do not buy anything on this site! I don't know why people are complaining about this site. Maybe I'm just lucky.
I did receive my goods after one week after they finally shipped it. It took almost three weeks before they received my payment thanks to PayPal. But that isn't the fault of tinydeal. I ordered a phone a tablet and some cables. It received in a good packed package and are working fine. Also the site is looking good and is very easy to use imo. And of course they have very low prices!
I'm going definitely order more things in the future from this site!
