They are a great company, cheap and competitive price, quality of goods they sell varies by me, sometimes I get the goods with good quality but sometimes the quality of goods is quite upset. Free shipping but a little bit old.

Absolute crap product which never worked from day one and having returned the product (at my expense) they are are now ducking and diving about refunding my PayPal account.
I just hope that PayPal reads all these negative comments about Tiny Deal and ceases to deal with them

Not get refund
August 3, 2016

I put two orders which was cancelled by tinydeal. Only got refund for one, and never got refund for another. The order with refund showed the status "refund", and another without refund showed the status "cancelled". I contacted the company, but they did nothing but keep telling me to call my bank. Come on, my bank only received one refund OK? The order status in the system already told everything. The company stole my money.!

Non stock items, they charge without items. They think they are traders for non stock items paypal have to refuse bussines with this type of fake companies in the web shoppers community.Stop this send mail to paypal.

Worst of the worst!

I've had 2 experiences with these e-commerce people, and will NEVER do business with them again. I strongly urge people NOT to buy from them, no matter how cheap they make an item... the ensuing aggravation is not worth it. I bought a quadcopter model, which was supposed to be 'in stock'. It wasn't. Wait! Then they sent me a "demo model" with scratched transmitter and NO Manual. It took 2 weeks of emails to get them to email me a photocopy of the manual. Second item I bought from them was a 7" tablet. Tablet was okay, but they sent me a European 2 prong AC adapter, instead of the bladed one. They asked me to send them a picture of the problem... I did. Now they want copies of the shipment paper, etc. I told them flat out "F*** Y**" and I will never do business with you again. Those people are either robots, or Morons... or both.

EDIT: The 7 "CUBE" tablet I bought from them QUIT WORKING after only 3 weeks. The Wi-Fi no longer works on it, which makes it as useless as a brick.

I received phone and it functioned normaly for few hours. After first recharging the phone is not working anymore.

Two professionals said that it has the motherboard issue and I want to return the phone.

Today is 22. Day of my dispute with tinydeal. All that they say is we are very sorry and do not want to return money.

Order a tablet in stock at the time of ordering the command does not move after six days I am forced to write to me to have answers that the product is not in stock, and now they ask me 4 to 5 jourds for refund of my order

Bloody awful!

Bloody awful! They never sent my £10 item, and when I contact them they never help me, and persist that the item has been sent, they claim to have contacted the psotoffice (which they haven't), and each support customer is different and never read the above emails, so you have to start over.

They also use google translate.

Come on everybody you should know NEVER to buy electronics from China, only small electronic stuff are worth it, never anything nice like cell phones to tablets----> will only be cheaply made and a rip off. Everything else will only be good to purchase, for instance, make-up to cute jewelry and clothing products... & ect. Learn what country is good at what products they make and China is known for good small products, as Japan, USA, and Germany is good at electronics.

Doesn't get any worse than this. Stay away! -Says by itself. Crappy stuff. I ordered a phablet (tablet+phone) and a battery, phablet screen capacity and quality was different from description, awful. They refused my request on exchange or return (though, there is an information about it on the website, which`s bul***). They just offered me a "refund" in their TD points equivalent to 3USD.
Battery didn`t work from the beginning, no exchange or returning, no refund- customer service told me- pay "just" another $2 and we`ll send you a new one. Hey are liars and robbers, and don't know English- you talk to them like to a wall.

At first sight it looks all Ok.

But what happens when an order does not arrive at the customer?

Then you become a playbal of the robot e-mail answering machines.

Allways another fake name, allways do they have to check the post office.

Ordered in september, got nothing till now. Except lots of sorryfull e-mails with a lot of crap.

If you have money to spend... You'd better get elsewhere!

I have order my items back in April 2012 which I never received it. They told me to wait so they can investigate... I was a big fool and came in to their words and since then they didn't done the investigation. Whenever I asked them about it they told me it will takes 2 months to done the inestigation, common 2 months? Ok fine but when will this 2 month period will be over? Now so many months passed and still this morning they were not shamed to answer me the samething to wait for another 2 months... What a joke? Do they really have people sitting there or just a dumb machine which giving me the same old answer. They hate to refund my money or send me new order. I regret why I shopped with them and with a big amount. I will never shop with them anymore and neither refer to someone. They are just a big A******** with no feeling for their customers

Ordered a cellphone from them. Still waiting after a year. Same response from them every time saying they will refund after report from post office which never comes. They duck and dive. Over a year now and still they refuse to refund more or even allow me to purchase something else to the same value.

I bought a phone which developed a fault well with in the guarantee period they are just not bothered couldn't care less attitude buyer beware they are not a very fair or honourable company to deal with The guarantee is not worth the paper it's written on

Never get the phone, china custom return it back to them. Now i need to pay more money to get it. Sure they had first play time so i can´t claim paypal refund.
I also ordered small items low value but items were low quality. It was trasch.
My sister also ordered phone from tiny deal and gei it... proken... and they do not pay nothing back, sure they can send it back put post will not send anything with lion battery inside. Cost of return more than value of phone.and refund price is low in tinydeal.

Everything that could do wrong, in fact it did

I have had a lot of virus since I bought this Lenovo Vive Shot Z90-7. It is not the first time i buy a smartphone online, but it is the first time I have had this problems. Result: bank number accounts stolen and money stolen.
Other problems: bad translation (a lot of things in chinese), some apps don't get updated, the gallery APP is awful. In conclusion, what could have been an excelent smartphone, turned out to be the worst possible.
For real: don't buy stuff on Tinydeal and of course, don't buy this smartphone, it's dangerous!

Product was faulty on arrival so we sent it back, they wanted a handling fee! After arguing with them they sent the item back to us after we threatened to do a chargeback.

The item arrived back with a cracked screen and they tried to blame me for signing for the package! Agreed to replace the item with a new version and after I shipped it back refused to honour their commitment offering a 50% refund. 50% because the item was now 'old'. Whos fault is that Tinydeals?

In Ireland I would do a chargeback and get my money back, sadly my wife uses a Spanish bank and they just fobbed her off until it was too late to do anything.

Tinydeal are not honest and they have most certainly lost my business.

I purchased 'miband' on 5/7/15 with post delivery option. Today is 16/8/15 still I have not got my item. I sent email and ask them.
But they just told me that you need wating for 3-4 week more. I was really upset and claimed them with delivery service.
But they's answe is... SAME.
