The mobile was broken when it arrived already. I had sending from Germany, but I was not allowed to send it back to Germany - I had to send it to China for repair. They told me to use normal post, for not getting trouble with import duty "and the sender is responsible for all the consequences". Before I was allowed to send it back I had to prove that it's broken by sending a video showing that it is not possible to switch it on. 1 month sending to China they assumed - then 1 month for repair - then additonal the time for sending the repaired phone from China to Germany.
They accept money through credit card not refund money if they not able delivery items.
They delay delivery above 180 days and will say will not able refund your than they start excusing to pay... They show on website just to deduct money from credit card and not delivery your items...

I ordered a Pipo M9 Pro tablet that was full of scratches on both sides and chinese apps allready installed!
I send it back and they started mocking me! That the scratches were caused during transport! There is no certain representative to deal with, who understands and speaks English! They eat up your time, so that you lose the paypal protection period!

I bought one of their bluetooth Xiaomi MiBands. Everything worked fine for like 2 weeks. Then the band thad holds the module broke apart. Copany and the response i got is: "Thanks for your reply But the main body of the item is working. If you want a refull refund you need to send it back to us." so not only are they not standing behind their product and refusing to replace teh band at least, but they want me to spend more money to send a defective item back to them in order to get MY money. Ridiculous. Will never buy there again, even if they give crap away for free. Horrid experience

Really fast: I buy a clock 14.12 clock and doenst work. I send the form with the pictures and video showing the box was not damaged but the clock came dead.
-First "solution" they offer: the send a working one if I make apurchase above 80!... I complain
-Second "solution": I pay 10 to send a working one. I tell them to send me 2 mouses (6.6 both) for free, they say NO
-Third "solution": If I want the 2 mouses, I need to purchase above 25. I answer: just send one for free
-Fourth "solution"!: The send ONE mouse(3.32)... if I purchase over 20!: O
-I try to chat... they say "We already mailed you".
I insist but: "The chat has been terminated"

I got a £49.00 tablet it arrived with screen membrain leaking asked to send back
At my cost £17.90 tablet arrived in china they then asked me to pay 4usd for handling charge
Now they say the repair cost more and want me to send a payment of £16.00
So now this cheap 9" tablet costs £85.00 I have told them to get lost
Will never use again they say that chinks are inscrutable more like unscutable
They are rubish

This wasn't shipped from China - maybe it would've been different, but I am satisfied with the delivery time and product condition. There's just small issue - the phone still has some had coded chinese language showing when calling someone or in the menu, but I guess I can live with it as long as everything else is working.
I bought diferents products but only I have received one item. The others items I haven't received. I wrote to support department, but their response were that I need to wait more time. After two mounth I haven't receive any more...

I ordered from them on 6/21/2013 it is now 11/12/2013. Still have not received my order. Every time i use live chat its always the same exact bs. "Check with the post" screw that. I've waited forever and these people are just ridiculous. I give up! DONT BUY FROM THEM. About 1% ACTUALLY GET THEIR ORDERS. Wouldn't Test my luck with them again. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
