I do not trust a company that only takes paypal. Paypal will not get your money back. They have great prices on electronics, clothes, beauty, and toys, but this is really too good to be true.
I bought item but it was broken. When I tried to get replacement, a lot of stupid mails come accross. Abot sending video of product, sendig extra money for replacement, checking bateries (like i'm idiot), asking same questions again and again. Purpose is delaying and giving up.
They are big scamers. They sell damaged goods!
You can't buy by PayPal of you don't have a credit card linked to your account. I gave up for this reason.
Everything went good except shipping needs improving takes a long time to receive the items if could speed up shipping i would buy many more things than i do now...

I ordered an Umi Zero cell phone from them on the 29th of Jan and got the phone on the 4th of Feb using DHL as the delivery service going to the Boston area. I paid $231.71 for the phone and a flip case.
Everything on the phone works and it takes beautiful photos and is a very nice phone.
I order from them a few years ago. I got several green led lights for our children for under $1.00 and our children loved them.
I also now use that web site because they use PayPal because I have been using PayPal also for many years and AliExpress does not offer PayPal payments any more.
The uploaded photos are not altered in any way. They are taken directly using the phone.
I'm very happy with this phone.

I've had the misfortune to order from this company, TinyDeal.
I expect that if they manage to deliver a non defective item to you, you will skip and miss my review. BUT Woe if the item is defective.
TinyDeal take what ever steps to avoid providing a refund, Instead preferring to give you refund for further shopping mistakes on their website.
I had to resort to PayPal to resolve the issue but I still was forced to pay for the refund of the postage which was more than half the original.
They have NO UK or EU based return address (unlike some better Chinese Vendors) - you have to ship back to China!
I have been using Good sites (like Geek/Wish) for some time and the occasions I have had to request a refund or return item - they have been superb - so my recommendation is use OTHER companies and AVOID AVOID TinyDeal.

Order marked as "shipped" by them in 14 September 2014. Have been waiting until December 2014. Their customer support reply "check the post office". I checked the post office and there is no package.
Their support reply?
"JUST WAIT FOR IT".
After that I got the automatic replay "just wait for it" for any question I had.
This is literally the worst seller I have ever seen in 15 years of buying online.

The prices are low- the products are real cheaply made and if your lucky will work a short time. If you, like my last order, get something that does not work at all (cameras were PAL not NTSC) they will offer to take it back but the cost to ship something from the US back to China was more than the cost of the item. I sent the cameras back and after about 4 months received broken replacements (smashed and still PAL) then after 6 months they will tell you its out of warranty. BEWARE. They do not speak English and will always reply with canned responses. NEVER BUY FROM THEM!
I bought a coat in this website and when i received the parcel i was initially surprised by the weight that was abnormally light. When I opened it i understood all, this is just a clear SCAM, the cloth has nothing to do with the pictures, wrong measures (extremely short leaves) and the fabric is just so fake and cheap you will never wear this unless you want people laughing at you! Horrible! I ordered 5 sweaters and it took them ONE MONTH after I ordered from them to tell me half my selections were "out of stock". Then it took another 2 weeks for them to tell me the items have been shipped and took around 4 months to receive in the mail. When the clothes arrives they SMELLED horribly (like gas) and were of a horrible quality except for one sweater, it smelled horrible too but was an okay quality! NEVER AGAIN.
