To be honest im realy surprised with all the bad reviews iv read, i think that becouse the people who had a good experience are rarely bother to write a review that why its likely you will see bad reviews more than good once but for me iv been buying from tinydeal and some other chineese stores since 2014 but mostely from tinydeal about 20 mobile phones and i never had a probleme except once and i was able to solve it amicably, i get my items about 22 - 30 days to morocco so i realy dont understand how all you people had such experiences and i didnt face it once in my shopping with them
I purchased 2 phones (Laude S800) with accessories from TinyDeal.
The whole deal was about $200.
I waited more than 45 days and did not receive the package.
I asked them to help me find it; after some correspondence TinyDeal told me that the package is stuck in customs. After about 2 more weeks they said it's on hold (what this means?)
No additional explanations; no direct answers to my direct questions.
It seems like they do not really read my letters. They answer just what is convenient for them.
At last I asked to get my money back.
TinyDeal agreed to refund only 90% of the paid money.
It's most obvious that it's their fault, and I don't really understand how they dare, after 45 days that I did not get the package, to deduct any money, instead actually compensate me.
Needless to say that all my e-mails in this regard were answered as always: No matter what I write, they answer whatever is on their mind, i. E. without reference to what I wrote.
To summarize: I suggest to avoid buying from this store at all. If you do buy there - at least use PayPal to try and protect your purchase and money (though you know that PayPal is not 100% protecting.)
I have been trying to explain my issue to them and there has been at least a day delay between each message. In a nutshell, it is two video cameras that won't alert, app crashes, and video viewing is extremely slow. Support was constantly asking for more informaiton, like I am not telling the truth. Asked for me to make a video of all the problems. So I posted it on OneDrive, because that is the only service I had that would allow large file upload. Nope! That for some reason wasn't acceptable to them. I donwloaded and then uploaded to Youtube. Finally... Then, they wanted me to send back for repair. Really? A design issue is not going to be prepared. At this point, over a week later, I am frustrated and wasting my time. Last message from support, send back for a refund. Yah, like I am sure that will be on my dime and it isn't worth any more energy or time! Stay away from this seller!

Amongst the cheap gadget websites I especially like this one. I do not what to say any wrong on others, but there are certain points why I like Tinydeal the best.
Of course they have low prices, more or less the same as few others. The best about Tinydeal is their fast delivery. I order an item then within 14 days I always got what I want. Compare to others, where sometimes takes 2 monthes to get my order.
This fast delivery makes them a good dropshipping partner also. I tried it many times. If I order to myself or my customers from their European warehouse I get the goods in 5-7 day. Which is quite good. If they could increase the number of their goods in their EU warehouse I will spend most of my time selling their products.
I have to mention their affiliate program. You can get quite good percentage of points after selling something with their links. These points could be used on purchasing or within two monthes could be cash out. I'm now focusing on collecting 5000 point per month (which is equal 500$)
What a horrible horrible experience with TD, never ever again! I bought some items from them end of September 2013! It's now beginning of July 2014 and it never arrived. I have tons of emails between me and TD and all they say is "wait a bit more" - really? I told them I want at least 50% refund and they offered me points worth of USD 7 to be used when buying from them next time. What a joke! It was my first time and definitely last time with them, if the package never arrived, why would I buy anything again? I paid them US$51.00 and offering me USD 7 in points is a mockery. I have been having an online chat with their agent today and when I asked her to give me the name and email address of the Customer Service Manager, you know what she told me? "The manager doesn't have an email address and we don't know his name" - I couldn't believe it! How convenient! They will be telling you the same things all over again each time you email them and it makes me feel they all have a piece of paper in front of them with the phrases they are allowed to use and any question asked that is not covered by the list is answered as "Don't worry". To be honest, I ordered some staff from BuyinCoins and my package arrived even quicker than I thought, so I would rather use them next time! Seriously, stay away from TinyDeal

Serious site. Product arrived in almost 3 days. The phone works really fine. A lot of memory and easy to configurate. It is my first Asus and I am really happy with it.
They have a good array of products and prices are low. The shop works good and comfortable. Shipping is free for most items. So you don't have to do big orders at once. Shipping time from china to germany is acceptable (mosty about 3 weeks) and solid. Support works fast and accomodating - was satisfying for me.
Ordered a lot of goods there, from little gadgets up to Oukitel K6000Pro. Quality is mostly adequat to the low prices, but ofter better than you can expect.

They are refusing to take them back and give me a refund as they say they cannot resell them even although I have them in the packet still looking like new. All I get is I should have checked the size before ordering and they do not give refund for clothes even although their site says return good within 5 days of received a refund.
