TinyDeal, MegaScam: 10 months after order still no products or refund.
1. I've made my order in September 2013(!) and paid by PayPal (funds).
2. Up to this moment (10 months later) I still didn't receive any products (nor do I expect to in the future)
3. TinyDeal keeps asking me to "wait a few days" when I email them, promising me a refund when their "research is complete". This "research" is already taking more than 8 MONTHS now.
4. About 4 months ago, someone at Tinydeal (nicknamed "Adam"...) promised me to proceed with the refund after the research in 10-15 days. This should have been on April 3rd.
5. Obviously, this didn't happen. When I sent a reminder about this they said (surprise...): "please wait a few more days". So I'm back to square one.
6. Of course I already tried to get a refund through PayPal, but that's already too late now. I suspect that's why TinyDeal keeps stalling and promising you "they're on it".
7. After sending over 50+ emails, I'm done. Their just a bunch of scammers and don't follow up on promises. So avoid the hassle yourself and spread the word. Wish I would have seen their rating here before my order.
I do purchase in several sites of china and never had this type of problem, the Tinydeal is the unique one until now to sell and it takes to deliver because it no longer has the item in stock.
You guys missed a great oppurtunuty to do a great business by shipping phones very late. On top of it, sending basically garbage/wrong phones/tablets. None of them works. What a loss. There was a great change to make a great money because I had a great basis. But your company (Including you VIP representative) are not a professional company/personnel. There are some facts about your business:
1. Poor customer support
2. Limited communication skills
3. Very poor quality products
4. High change of sending out wrong items almost 99%
5. No quality controls at all
6. No professional goals, aims, motto, and vision
7. Business on fake, and false advertising.
8. Lazy and irresponsible staff and employees
9. Very poor quality for keeping promises
10. Low moral ethic in business
11. Scamming customers over the internet.
12. Not answering questions completely.
13. Stealing money from your customers (Mass payment of $2000 via PayPal)
You can do better if you fix those 13 steps and refund me all the transactions back to me so I can refund poor eBay customers who trusted me to buy phones from me. I don't care about my eBay reputation anymore. I care for those people who bought phone from me.

A scam shop. They take advantage of their clients to sell cheap copies of the products they are advertising they are selling.
The product I receive is not the one I order, neither the have the same technical specifications/capabilities.
It has the following differences:
It is not from the same brand. I order one JJRC-Q50 and I receive a Xiangdijia *******
It does not have progressive throttle
It does not have demonstration button
It does not have light weight lipo-batter, it is fitted with a heavy Ni-Cd battery
The remote control does not have the same technical features than the one that comes with JJRC-Q50
It does not comes fitted with batteries for the remote control
I order a JJRC-Q50 and tinyedeal shop sent a cheap copy of the product that does not have the same specifications/capabilities. I have no use for the product received and the shop is the only responsible for this mistake and is not willing to pay for a return shipping service, neither refund.
Stay well away from this company, it is 2 chinese boys acting as brokers, you order from them, they order from a company that sells your item, they take the money and throw away orders
I don't understand all the trouble people had on this website!?
I have ordered many items from this store from 1$ to 280$ since 2008.
I have a THL W3 cell phone from them and I am pretty happy with it, 2 friends of mine bought two tablets without having any issues.
The shipping is free, so it's happen often to receive the stock in 3 weeks and I still suggest to pay the little 1.38$ to get the tracking number so you can follow where is your package. I did more than 20 orders and I always received my stock, very rare that I receive them in 2 weeks.
It sometime happen, they send the wrong item (like wrong color), but it's not a big deal. It's always hard to complain on something that was 1/3 of the price.
I see some people complaining about the shipping... it's free, so don't think you will receive it the next week... It won't just happen and if you pay something for very cheap, then, don't think it will last for a long time. And the Custom Office will sometime block some orders, so in this case, it's not the fault of Tinydeal, I saw a comment from a guy saying that his cell phone that looks like the IPHONE has been removed and destroyed by the customs officers, well, again, it's not the fault of Tinydeal, but the Canada's law that will destroy contrefeit and even you know it was a fake one...
I will still buy this store even all these bad reviews, I like this store and I am 100% satisfied.
Short summary of my story with TD
1., I purchased a cell phone from TinyDeal.com webstore.
2., In the specification they shown wrong battery capacity, which was a key factor for me.
3., Before purchase I clearly asked for confirmation, and they confirmed, that the specs is OK. -> It was not
4., I realised it only after delivery.
5., Started a long e-mail chain with TD. It was like a conversation with Zuzu Petals...
They basically acknowledged the problem as "their mistake", Return can I only on my costs, etc.
6., I opened a dispute in Paypal, this did speed up their responses.
7., They offered 20 TD points as a compensation, which I wanted to use to purchase a ******* mAh power bank for ~ 15€, to solve battery capacity problem.
8., Seller told me to close dispute, as this it is their condition to proceed with the resolution.
9., I did that, but since that time the 20 TD points was not given to me.
10., And accidentaly it turned out, that this is not 20 USD, but only 2 USD compensation... Their mistake again.
So my only mistake was to make this purchase with TD...

It is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had! I Ordered an hour glass on the 4th of Oct. I waited up to a month! I finally contacted them and they told me to be patient it was a busy time and I would receive it shortly! I waited yet another month! And today I have contacted them, to be told they sent it out on the 6th of Oct and would write a query to the post office which will take 2-3weeks! And if I don't hear from them could I please contact them! A horrific company! Save yourself the hassle and stress and buy somewhere else!

I ordered a product and waited 6 weeks, only to get a defective one.
As instructed by Tinydeal I sent it back, with the receipt for shipment cost.
Tinydeal refused to refund.
After a very long e-mails debate, Tinydeal agreed to refund only 85% of what I paid.
Tinydeal refused to refund the return shipment they authorized.
Tinytdeal took 45$ from me, only because they can.

I will NEVER order again from this website! My order was placed in May 2013 and is still not delivered! Their chat person reply is the same for the last 3 months - "we will need time to check with the posts". He refused to ship the items again to me and refused to refund me, even I agreed this to be done with points for shopping at your own website!
I'm sick of them and I don't care how they will resolve this issue anymore!
They suck, not only because their delivery terms are all a lie - they suck because they can't resolve their customers' issues at all. They wish on luck and that's it! They'd better fire all your chat operators and place machines on their places - they will be as effective as the staff is - simply pass the sentence "we will need to check with the posts" every 2 mins and you will get to the same result.
Also, all the electronics I've bought from them (tablet, phones) are having problems after a month or two of use. When asked about the guarantee, the TD staff recommended me to find someone to repair my items here and pay additionally for it! So basically, there is no guarantee or repair service if you have the bad luck of receiving damanged or defective items. My Ainol tablet came with a defective screen and TD told me they can't do anything about it - the best was to ship it back to them and EVENTUALLY receive it back, repaired, within at least 6 months.
To buy it works well. But as soon as there is a problem, you come across a customer service bad and even completely beside the real problem unable to resolve until the wear and tear of the customer

Years ago they used to be good, but now they are full of crap. I bought a tablet, delivery stated 10-15 days. It took them 10 days to get it to the courier (PostNL) for delivery in W, Australia. It has been sitting in E. Australia now for 2 weeks. TD says, this is normal (bull... t) They give stupid responses. Like "This is normal Delivery It has arrived in your country" My "County" is Western Australia not Eastern Australia!
I opened a Paypal dispute and they have ignored that, making no response.
Its been 26 days since the purchase and it still sitting 2500Km over in the Eastern States of Australia!
Post NL is not contactable. All my emails have been rejected by the Mailer Daemon, also they do not have any offices in Australia so why use a flaming Dutch company, which has a shocking reputation amongst their Corporate and Private customers.
I strongly recommend people to avoid this bunch of monkeys, cos I am sure there are no human beings working there. This is Planet of the Apes scenario!
