Poor customer service
December 7, 2016

Half my order was delivered to another address... but you can't tell the customer service reps that... they don't understand English and then make it *YOUR* problem to solve. About 50% of the products I order from TinyDeal actually work. Avoid them. I read the bad reviews and thought I'd give it a try anyway. DO NOT GIVE THEM A TRY... They will fail you just like they have everyone else.

This site is THE WORST for cell phones and electronic appliances. The items last for a month, only if you are lucky!
The prices are tempting and they look really good, but they don't last long, just a couple of weeks. They also blocked me to write reviews on the site, really crooks and fraudsters!

I bought lots of electronic equipment from them it came not working as described when u open a case then they tell you thru emails they will help
Continued discussions for week to solve and they never solve simply they r fraud and non ethical
Even when I reviewed the item they deleted my review! What the $#*! is that website
I runs Ed 100pax with them damn what a cheating business

I ordered a mobile phone, received it a month later and the touch screen was not working. I emailed TinyDeal and they asked I send it back and obviously pay for the shipping myself. When they received it, they told me they will send it for repair, they did not want to replace it. So I had to wait for more 50 days to receive the mobile back. Once I received it the stylus was missing! I emailed them again and they said I didn't send it back with the mobile phone in the first place. They had told me that the mobile was received "good" when I returned it. And although I sent a multitude of emails saying that I want a stylus cause I did send it back they kept blaming me!

Something else I really don't like is that the customer "service" representative always change from one email to the next so it feels like you're starting all over again every time.

Not recommended!

I never got what I paid for due to security reasons (the custom office sent the phone back to the Sender due to security reasons).
It,, never'' reached them back and they just offered 70% refund in TD points!

I kept writing to them almost every week for about 3 months. Finally, they got bored and refunded 80% in cash.
In the end, they are a huge liars and they should have refunded me the same day when I proved that I haven't received the item.

Keep as far as possible from them if you want to save your nerves

Dear sirs, Tiny Deal is an fast and reliable seller and of course did not have any complain related to shipping or to fast processing of my order and transaction. But you made a few changes on the phone, firstly you install an app from yours that named Tiny Deal app and then according to this or other command creates a conflict with a factory pre installed software.
Major effects are fm radio. Apk did not appearance and the battery life is very short.
The model that i purchased from yours is the Lenovo k3 note.

Never got my product delivered and i am waiting on it for 4,5 months now. If you make a complaint they always give a prededined answer: "Please wait for more days. We have raised the written query to our post office. It takes more time to get the reply from post office. I have contact my post office and they told me that my product never arrived in my country. They are frauds. Stay away!

Bad, bad, bad...

I bought a phone from this site. When I order it it was stated that it is in stock. Then in a week or so they wrote on their site that it is on pre sale and that it will be in stock next week. When that date was reached they changed the date for another 10 days. When you write to them you get only short answer like ''please wait''.
Now I'm still waiting and i think that phone will never arrive and money refund is only a dream!

Like throwing money away

Still waiting 2 months after order place. 2nd time order never received. When questioned received total BS, mail issues, 3 different trackings #'s none could be verified. When asked for refund, said NO, Will never order from here again. If you like throwing money away, shop here

The website is a fraud website. 6 months ago i had ordered a power bank from the website. From past 5 months i have been chasing the website and they have standard responses wait for some time you will receive the order.

Now after 6 months they say we have no clue where the order is neither we are interested in tracking where the order has been lost. Now take some td points and forget about the money you paid us and the order you had place.

The order has been a torturous experience. There is no intent from the website staff to take care of customer, they just want to brush away your case.

For any new buyer please avoid the website its a cheat.

If you ever have a problem with a product that you receive from these people be prepared for a long (and pointless) exchange with a barely-literate Chinese rep. They will reply to your emails exactly ONCE each day with the stupidest and nonsensical replies you've ever seen. Broken or non-working product received? "Please upload a video to Dropbox of the product showing what it is doing". Once you upload the video of the product 'not working' they will have a 'technician' review it and make suggestions. "Can you please shake the product?" "Please replace the battery and try again". Even if none of these things apply to the product you bought.
Once you have jumped through all of these hoops and they are totally convinced that they sent you a defective product, they will ask you to pay some additional amount of money to get it replaced. Ridiculous company.

They wrote $32,- on a $17,- Item. They forgot return address on package.
Over 22 Euros handling cost 12,50+tax. Had to pay 19.16 imports costs on a 17,- item. I refused the parcel. No return address on parcel. I contact postoffice, no return address on packet means it will be destroyed. I have explained that to them in at least 5 mails, and all they reply is "when we get the returning package, we will refund you" Bad service, avoid this company at all costs!

Scam Artists

Bought 5 batteries for my quadcopter from them. They only sent me 3. After exchanging emails they agreed to refund me the difference. 2 weeks later they reneged But they wished me to have a nice day.
Avoid this place like the plague..

Be very careful dealing with this company, they never send the items I ordered and they refused to resend or refund. They most probably a scam company, I will steer clear from them if i where you, don't make the same mistake I did, there are a lot better sites to purchase from. Tiny deals they are very tiny in there honesty... one of the worst experience i ever had online, pure liars especially Miya there so called manager.

TinyDeal is a SCAM!

I ordered a macbook recharger from them. It was not working. I've emailed them app. 20-30 times. I get an answer quickly, but based on the answers they don't even really read the emails. Anyway, they refuse to refund. Their suggestion is that I pay them 80% of the value and they'll send me another one. They sent me a defect product and I should pay them more money?!?

I did file a complaint via PayPal and got my money back. I suggest everyone to make a complaint via PayPal after a couple of emails from Tinydeal if (=when) they refuse to refund a defect product or if your item hasn't arrived at all.

I've received my refund from PayPal 2 weeks ago, but I still have an email conversation going on with TinyDeal. Just for fun to see how long they'll go on.

Do not buy from TinyDeal. They are a big scam. If you've already ordered, make a complaint to PayPal immediately!

Bought a PowerBank 20.000 mAh, after 2 recharges the thing gives up. After 3 weeks of emails going up and down, looking for replacement - the best they can do is give me 2 USD discount for the next order! So don't complain about warranty, there is none. And you have been warned.

I bought a new phone which had defective touch (ghosting) from the very beginning. Now TinyDeal refuses to simply replace Phone. Instead, i got offered an old repaired and different phone if i pay additional 10 Euro. So if buying stuff from China, please avoid tinydeal with it's "tinysupport" and stick to aliexpress.com which offers proper customer protection.

He left the ordered goods to the supplier. I did not get back the value of the product. Therefore, the ordered product has cost much more to me than the price. And even I got compensation for the inconvenience. For the five-day delivery time from several weeks to become so.

Update (June 2016) - Seller responded after my review. I've got a full refund. I'm updating now my review. The money were refunded with no questions asked about my ID or other information.

"Never buy from this seller! I purchased the item in October 2015. Since that time no item I was received. A very bad communication. They keep saying that item should arrive and then they ask me to get a written confirmation from local post office that I didn't receive it. But it was never delivered even according to tracking number! Why I have to run and prove that I never received if even the tracking number shows that! I was opening 2 times a claim through Paypal, but the seller somehow fooling paypal and show them someones tracking number, not mine, and I never seen from them a tracking number they show to paypal. To date, May 2016 I never received item and never got my money back ($158)!"

My package was indeed delivered... in China. I live in Italy.
When asked what was going on, they said to be a little more patient, that it will take a few more days, that the China tracking system is faulty. Or... maybe I just gave them the WRONG address?
