I put two orders which was cancelled by tinydeal. Only got refund for one, and never got refund for another. The order with refund showed the status "refund", and another without refund showed the status "cancelled". I contacted the company, but they did nothing but keep telling me to call my bank. Come on, my bank only received one refund OK? The order status in the system already told everything. The company stole my money.!

After checking, we found that our system has already refunded your money $3.27 for another order on the day cancelled your order. It is now being handled by your card issuing bank. But different bank has different policy, so the speed of handling refund is different. If you want to know the exact date of the refund, you could ask your card issuing bank.
