Lace-charging, 2 in 1

Everything is very good. Only the last delivery was very long! I've been using the site for many years, the delivery was 3 weeks from the moment of sending, and this time delivery was almost 70 days and the track was not tracked. Previously, there was a very large selection of goods, and now there is something very small choice. The prices were also cheaper than on other sites, and now prices have jumped and I have become less likely to buy here, because I can buy the same product on the Aliexpress website by 15-30% cheaper.

I have been buying from this company for over year now and am very pleased and happy customer, i make several orders a month and have had no problems they have great prices for great products, i would highly reccommend them to anyone. They have everything you could possible want.
They always to fast free shipping as well, and have great customer service along with a great facebook page.

Hey I purchased an OBD II diagnostic tool for around 50 bucks from Tiny Deal Direct. Placed order on 17th of month and received order in perfect condition on the 2nd. Free shipping from Hong Kong in about 15 days... I'll take that any day. The hand held diagnostic tool came in great packaging and once opened the tool, software, connectors and booklet all came in a zippered nylon case. Does everything advertised and more! Everyone whom has seen or used it is amazed at the value. Happy Customer,

Ordered cell phone from tinydeal.com and it took over 2 months to arrive. It was packed into thin plastic bubble wrap bag and box was quite damaged.
Package missed earphones and phone was stuffed between three pieces of foam.
Luckily phone worked except soft key leds below display do not light up at all.

Second item that I ordered at the same time has not arrived at all and seller claims that post has lost it. Tinydeal gave wrong tracking number to paypal claim case which I opened before 45 day time limit. Parcel had no tracking number first place because its low value.
They also tried to get me to close paypal dispute case that I opened when the cell phones delivery delayed.

After this experience I would not recommend Tinydeal.com to any one.

SCAM

SCAM. I ordered an item which did not arrive. Complained and was told tracking number showed item was abandoned and not delivered by postal service. Tinydeal refused to give me refund, and offered something like 5% off my next order! Would never order from them again. Will contact credit card company to see if there is something they can do from their end.

Not interfering with a good design, site completely $#@!. I will start with the delivery - very long, often there are those that do not reach at all (if sent). Goods - very often happens fake, not quality or defective items. The very site and relevant to the customer - very suddenly. But the last time I finally - do not buy anything on this site! What happened? Online action once again, well, the price came to me, good original ordered - it would seem that could be? On the second day cancellation orders refund. I tried to write in support of clear answers are not joined together.

ONLINE FRAUD!

ONLINE FRAUD! I ordered over $500 worth of items from them over 2 months ago and they still have not reached me. This after a sales consultant confirmed the shipping method etc. They take so long because the items are only guaranteed for a month and then you cant exchange them. If you talk to their LIVE online consultants they keep telling you to wait another 2 weeks. They refuse to refund me or give me credit. Dont know what to do now. Who can I report this website to? I found many other of the same complaints about this company.

I ordered a smartphone and some other items. My order kept sitting "Processing", and whatever number of e-mails I sent them went unanswered. They kept sending me bot generated e-mails asking me to wait some more days. I kept asking for my money back with no response. My question is why they take orders for merchandise they don't have in stock. Finally after disputing the total order amount with my credit card company, they finally refunded but it took approximately one month. This company has zero integrity. Don't do business with them unless you want a lot of heart ache.

WORST SERVICE...

I had ordered a smart bracelet from this company... never received it... after 88 days I finally received refund... I understand sometimes mistakes happen... but its how you deal with it that defines you... their reviews on there website are only positive... and probably written by them... when you read them you see what i mean... from what I have seen of all the comments 25% are serious problems with product and service. So if you buy from them... 25% chance you will be very disappointed...

I ordered small parcel at the very start of February and never received it.
I was obliged to ask PayPal for a claim. PayPal asked TD about parcel and they sent fake tracking code! So, they try to cheat PP as well.
But, after few days, PayPal decided the case in my favor and returned the money TinyDeal tried to steal to my PP account.
Never use this service. Stay away! Beware!

"I make orders for CHINA very often and i was satisfied until i met tiny deals. I bought a smartphone from their Germany warehouse at 9/11 with an estimate time of 3-7 days and a month later and many emails at the beginning the only i got from them is 'be patient my friend' never a serious answer to my questions and when i asked for my money back they now don't even answer to my mails.Are you searching for such experience? I previously wrote a good review regarding this company, however, I have changed my mind. I purchased two tablets before Christmas for presents. Neither tablet would charge up. I contacted Tiny Deals and they wanted photos of everything, product, packaging, customs note etc. When I sent all that they wanted a video via you tube. What a video is going to show I have no idea. Needless to say I had to buy two more tablets locally and have two Tiny Deals tablets completely flat.

I bought a Lenovo K3 Note cellular phone, with protection glass and transparent silicon case. After about 10 days, I received the phone, but no trace of the accessories that I've paid for. I sent an email at TinyDeal, asking what were wrong with it, and they said that there were a second parcel sent with the items.
They dispatched the first pack on May 18, that I received, but I never had the second package. I am very angry because I am forced to use the phone without any protection, since Lenovo accessories are not sold in my Country. After almost a month, I am still waiting for the second parcel, and they did not give me any tracking number to check my delivery. It was a really bad experience.

Don't let them scam you with the apparent low prices. No quality just cheap worthless stuff. My camera did not work at all and when I requested a refund they wanted me to place a higher order for them to ship a replacement. I complained to PayPal and they agreed that I qualified for a refund but that I had to cover the certified shipping back to China which cost 3 times more than the crappy item.
I lost my cash, stay away.

TinyDeal site is very misleading. If one go to the "Chat" on the top right screen of the website it gives you two options. One to chat with the team about certain product before buying the products and second one is to email the customer support to find out about your order. Today, I try to ask them about the product and also if there is spare parts on the product so I can decide. What the person on the chat did immediate was send me a link to email their support team. Well, I guess they do not want any business from my end. In summary, if you have doubt about the product you want to check before buying it is better to look some where else and not waste your time. The reason I am saying this because you might be getting something that might not be what you are looking for since the team can't even provide support on the product they sell.

DO NOT think about buying from this website unless you want to get pissed off! They cancelled my order due to no stock and still they did not refund me after 10 days of cancellation! They didn't even comment of the PayPal case that I raised against them and they ignore most of my emails and if they respond they only copy and paste stupid auto answers!

Ordered two items from them. First one was dead after couple of weeks. Second one was dead on arrival. Instead of send replacements or refund. They wanted me to ship bad items back to china using a shipping method with tracking, which is huge and cost much more then the value of the items. And even they didn't ship the items to me with any tracking in the first place (the shipping was very slow, took months BTW). Very dissatisfied! Think twice before you buy anything from them.
