There are plenty of dating sites. Please don't lose your money to tinder and pay for an account. I was banned with no specific explanation. I cannot think of a single thing I did wrong to violate the terms of service or community standards. They took my money for a week's subscription, and I got an unexplained ban after three days with no refund, because I "violated the terms of service" which are extremely broad. I followed the appeal process to only get an automated response telling me to refer to the terms of service. Please don't lose your money to this app. After much digging, there are a lot of people on the internet complaining about getting banned for "no apparent reason." There are much better places to put your money.
Tinder is the go to app for digital scammers and fake profiles. I got scammed with digital currencies, I contacted tinder all they did was delete the profile from my matches, stay away from this app
I changed my bio to "looking to love, not loving to look" (maybe a bit corny but completely innocent) with my ig preceding it and added a pic of me with a fresh haircut on my 21st birthday and I got banned immediately after attempting to do so. Haven't done anything that violates their TOS as I am always as respectful as possible when speaking with matches and am careful with what I add to my profile. I contacted Tinder support and they were essentially useless saying "please understand if your account has been banned for violating TOS" and upon sending a follow up explaining that I hadn't violated TOS they said "we cannot disclose any further information about the ban." They were quite obviously pre written messages they were instructed to send out as it didn't address my messages directly and I have seen others online that have gotten the same messages upon receiving bans for nothing, so do not expect anything from their customer service. Use Hinge or Bumble or go outside and meet people, this is not an app you want to use.
Customer support is terrible never get an anwser only a copy paste of the same msg didnt get any explanation still confused...
Tinder is Attempting to STEAL my money from my bank account by SCAMMING me! I've Already REPORTED this app to the FBI and many other local+federal police agencies. This app is a SCAM because this is app Attempting to STEAL my money. This app is also Providing Refuge to Radicalised Extremist terrorists and foreign spies. This app is using its Good and Premium features to SCAM and STEAL my Money.
I give this app 0 stars. They banned me for no reason then they shadow banned me! Its not good!
A few years back I had an account on Tinder after a week my account was banned after 5years I opened another account I only used it for 4days & it was banned for no reason I tried writing to them & they ignored my emails. Do u want specific people to use your app?
Tinder has revolutionized the way we find love! This incredible app has made dating exciting and accessible like never before. With its user-friendly interface and innovative matching algorithm, Tinder brings people together effortlessly. I love the variety it offers, allowing me to meet amazing individuals from diverse backgrounds. It's a delightful experience, filled with countless possibilities and genuine connections. Thanks to Tinder, my social life has blossomed, and I'm grateful for the endless opportunities it presents. Highly recommended!
So unless you pay for a membership, you're basically just a bunch of monkeys in cages with your pictures being swiped out, they can't communicate with each other. I can't say that I am one of those adults that would pay for a hook up site. And that's all this is if you're looking for real love, this is not where you want to be, expect to find cheaters and creeps.
I am utterly disappointed with the complete lack of effort and assistance provided by Tinder's customer support team. As a loyal user, I expected a company of their stature to prioritize resolving customer issues, but unfortunately, my recent experience with them has been nothing short of frustrating and disheartening.
Firstly, their response time was ridiculously slow. It took days for them to acknowledge my issue, which made me feel like my concerns were insignificant and unimportant. They seemed to have no sense of urgency or understanding of the impact their poor service had on my user experience.
Furthermore, when they eventually responded, their generic and templated replies showed a clear lack of interest in actually resolving my problem. It was clear that their support agents had no knowledge or authority to address any technical or account-related issues in a meaningful way. This not only wasted my time but also left me feeling like my concerns were overlooked and dismissed.
What bothers me the most is that Tinder portrays itself as a service committed to connecting people and fostering relationships, yet their customer support fails to reflect this mission. It gives the impression that they prioritize profit over the satisfaction and well-being of their users.
I believe that a company as prominent as Tinder should invest considerably more in its customer support infrastructure. They need to train their support agents to be knowledgeable, empathetic, and efficient in handling user concerns. Additionally, implementing systems to improve response times and offering personalized solutions instead of generic copy-paste answers would greatly benefit their users.
Overall, I am disappointed and frustrated with Tinder's lack of effort and assistance. I expected a company of their stature to provide adequate customer support, but unfortunately, they fell far short of my expectations. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make significant improvements in their customer service department to regain the trust and confidence of their user base.
Paid for the subscription. Then going through the verification process and got banned. For absolutely no reason haven't even spoke to anybody. Paid for my subscription two days ago
Ridiculous and annoying. I don't get the purpose of anyone using this site. I have to write more words here so blah
Tinder gives 12 persons which are blurry...to see them you have you pay...I did for a week...after that...never again blurry persons...
But something else...I am quit an interesting person I hear and believe...but my profile is hardly shown at the other sexe...
Why do I believe that...I get advertised by...pay for this and pay for that and you will be profiled as a primary person...
You have to pay extra otherwise no goal...
Several comercial advertising to buy more and more...
Every single person I talk to on this site is a scammer all they want is your phone number and information or money and they keep asking for your information and won't tell you where they're from or if they do tell you where they're from it's not real because if you ask him a question about the place they have no idea anything about the area or any zip codes or phone number area code nothing so if I was you steer clear it's nothing but a big scam
Hi Tinder Support Team,
Thank you for your response, even though it didn't address my issue. It's disappointing that you cannot provide support when users encounter problems with their Tinder experience, especially when money is involved. It seems that Tinder takes advantage of people looking for companionship by quickly taking their money for subscriptions and add-ons but offering no assistance when their experience falls short of expectations. It's unfortunate that you didn't offer any educational resources or attempt to troubleshoot the issue, whether it was the user's fault or not.
As someone who manages a customer success team at a fintech company in San Francisco, I'm deeply concerned by this kind of treatment of customers. Our team is expected to ensure that investors have a great experience and are equipped with the tools to be successful on our platform. If something isn't working as intended, we fix it. Our goal is for customers to feel positive about working with our company and to share their experience with others, potentially growing our customer base.
If your management team saw this exchange, I doubt they would consider it an example of quality customer service.
To be clear, I'm not angry; I'm just disappointed. As a result, I will be canceling my services with your company and switching to another app that will hopefully demonstrate more concern for creating an environment conducive to customer service and sensitivity to the fact that this app is about relationships - ironically, something that you just broke between Tinder and myself.
Best wishes,
Mark
Terrible site! Not user friendly whatsoever! I found it challenging to figure out and it was expensive with no refunds available. Don't waste your time or money!
I have paid golden, shaved beard and got banned for this. Amazing fy tinder!Never met a girl on this website!
Tinder is currently discriminating against straight people based on "inclusion". I am a straight bio-male who is attracted to bio-females because I want to make babies and raise them together, traditionally. I don't even consider trans-women a possibility, I have a similar attraction level to mentally-deranged bio-females; none at all. Apparently, we all have the same rights and so it is extremely punative for Tinder to punish straight people by including trans-women in the female pool. Each and everytime I swipe through the possibilities and a trans-woman shows up I feel attacked by Tinder for having a different ideological position to theirs. It is an unfortante reality that straight people MUST be discriminated against for Tinder to qualify for financial support from Blackrock and Vanguard, who are forcing their ideology onto other corporations using access to funding as the method to force Blackrock's desired behavior onto the populace. I'm a bio-male, I'm not expecting too much success from Tinder's app, but, at least I could enjoy my time on the app, instead of peppered disgust throughout the perusal process. Tinder thinks they are being inclusive by injecting trans-ideology into straight-only spaces. All they are doing is forcing large swaths of users to think less of Tinder empoloyees as People. It's fascist-adjacent to force an ideology onto unwilling individuals. Whomever at Tinder made this inclusive decision is willfully blind to how it discriminates against a majority of people, in favor of including an undesirable minority(in term of what the majority is looking for: traditional partnership) in the selection pool of biologically-accurate participants. Luckily for me it is very easy to tell and I can quickly swipe to the left, but not before making me feel othered by the process.
I'm having some technical support issues and they don't give a... Better delete my account though.
Answer: 1 out of 1000 profiles may be real. I had one date, which was just one night stand and didn't go further on. But it took me so much time to get just a few replies. Then I thought that I should have some self-respect and stop losing my time. I joined a trusted site with profile verification and all that stuff https://j4l.com/402007 Things turned around for me there! I had several dates in one month and I found a woman I fell in love with! It's a matter of finding a dating site that verifies profiles and doesn't let scammers in.
Answer: Yeah, you advertise 55 billion profiles and there are only 8 billion people on the planet. You make the sad people want to kill themselves bc we can never find a date. Get rid of the fake profiles. Goodness you guys have been scamming the world for years.
Answer: Yes. It's a scam. I test the sites and write reviews... it's full of Snapchat subscription girls and catfish.
