Just ordered four coffee and a toasted bagel from Student Union Blvd at ubc…watched the employee put together my bagel, then make five other orders before bringing my bagel over. 10 min for a toasted bagel? Really Tim Hortons?
Recently we purchased 2 coffees from the Service Centre at South Service Rd & Casablanca. I asked for 1 small dark roast w/2 cream & 1 sugar & 1 medium w/1 cream. The small was OK but the medium had sugar & seemed like double sugar. I could not drink it. Wasted our money.
I order on drive through hot cappuccino with mocha shot with out sugar lady repeated three time she gave me mocha with sugar I went inside and asked she was very rude locution 16 mile and mound in Sterling Heights
After just having visited Tim Hortons at Dunstable i feel i need to express our opinions. We went to get breakfast, we ordered two muffin meals one with egg bacon and cheese the other paying extra for an sausage. When we sat down we were short of bacon on the first one, i took it back and bacon was added. The other when i got to eat it was minus the sausage. The bacon they serve is so thin i do not know how they slice it that thin. When we got to eat it the meal was cold. I have eaten in and gone through the the drive thru. And we will never be going back awfull Brian
They didn't give my friend his change ba
Ck and got my order wrong two times and we had to wait 5 mins in line and another 15 waiting for the wrong order to arrive and waited another 5 min for another wrong order but at that point I gave up and took it
I myself have experienced with Tim Hortons for almost 30 years. If I compare Tim Hortons of 10 years back to the Tim Hortons of today, surprisingly, I see a different picture. Service has become so low, It's hard to describe. The slow pace of the stuff and a long line of customers is a common phenomenon of everyday Tim Hortons now. After the purchase, to not offer thanks in most of the cases.
I am really concerned for Tim Hortons as a regular customer who generally visits diostore 6/7 times a day.
Tim Horton's Staff at Coquitlam Centre in BC humiliated me on my birthday. They wouldn't honor my birthday email offering me a free birthday item up to 180 points. They said it was too late to claim the reward that day and they were out of breakfast sandwiches. They also made me leave the restaurant as they have no free WIFI to open their app and prove it to them that I had such a free offer from the company. I also showed them their T H's birthday email and was willing to show them my ID to prove my date of birth, but the woman wouldn't budge. Happy Birthday Tim Horton's! Yeah, right. Called Customer Service twice and they promised to get back to me but never did.
The last four time I ordered coffee at Tim Hortons it tasted like mud, it is no longer twenty minutes fresh. The coffee is made and stored in a large carafe. I will no longer buy coffee from Tim Hortons.
In regards to the notice that only VAXXED children will be able to participate in the yearly Tim Horton Camp -
Not only is this discrimination it's complete bull$#*!!
Shame on your company and I truly hope you get hit hard by this. I'll be boycotting every Tim Hortons and will no longer be contributing to your camp fundraiser. Many feel the same. Good luck with your new policy
Great and I am impressed by their level of professionalism and I can appreciate their hard work. I am glad that I enjoyed my bagel today. I am impressed by what I see in their stores. Keep.up the great work ladies and gents!.
I went to 3 different stores in the Kanata area looking for donuts for a team meeting. Waited in line for over 5 minutes, no service. Same for all 3 stores. In one store, the guy was looking right at me and not coming over to server me. I was the only one in the store. None of these stores had any fresh product, the donuts they had looked like they were there for several days.
I have noticed the quality of service and product has declined over the last few years. I have been a Tim Hortons customer for as long as I can remember. But this customer will never set foot in another Tim Hortons store again.
I've eaten at Tim Hortons before and every time their donuts make me want to jump for joy!
Maybe it's just me but their donuts are better than Krispy Kreme, Mercatos and any other donut shop I've been to. I would recommend stopping for their donuts.
Other than the donuts there is nothing special about Tim Hortons.
The first order was not right we wanted 2 egg, bacon and cheese biscuits takeout
We had to go back we didn't get any eggs.and it was cold Then they gave us the correct order
But I must say it was tasteless we will not order that again!
The service was good! I ordered a latte' then a cappuccino. Both machines broken. A croissant.
Out of them. Ended up with a bottle of water and a cold biscuit. Nope! Not going there again! Lambertville, Mi location.
This review is for the Tim Hortons at the airport in YYC. Gate C. Very slow service in the morning, huge lines and about a 15 minute wait. As well the coffee is not the usual taste I've come to expect at Timmies. Eye disappointing,
I love tim hortons but I my say it's a bad attitude every I received from a manager not sure how she treats her employees but I won't be able to work under someone who is rude. I came to the Tim located in 997 Golf Links Road in ancaster to eat get coffee and try to use internet and work a bit on my computer before my meeting. I went and i ask the manager if she can help me and she didn't even look at me and she says well if it's not working I don't control that and in a rude way. I really felt offended and i don't think i will come to that location again if I am being treated in that way and being rude. Her name is Kristyn and it's not because she is a manager that she will answer to customers badly. I am very disappointed
I go here all the time for coffee and a donut. They are always stale. No matter what time of day. Very little selection. A manager hung up on me when I was telling her about my negative experience. This is the Tim's on Birkett Way. Deacons corner. I have xslled customer service and get no call back. This has been the issue for months. Train your staff and nske fresh donuts. They bake them in their restaurant. No excuses.
Most staff are rude, and pushy. Especially drive threw they practically throw the stuff at you.
Feels like a there is a language barrier sometimes, iam speaking English but not being understood.
I always order a xl 3 cream and 2 sugar. 9 times out of 10 they some how mess my order up. Even after they repeat it back to me
The fact that I have to ask for my bagel to be cut is un real plus lol even after I do the bagel comes out uncut smh
I will be switching to a new coffee place and or might just quit drinking coffee altogether
Thanks alot Tim hortons...let down by a place I grew up on sad
They should not represent Canada like they do when they have the amount of problems they have.
I got a bacon and egger this morning at 7 am and it was cold as ice, i hate that place now, ever since burger king bought it they have gone right down hill. I hate to give it a one, but you have to i guess.
I was at the Tim Hortons at 936 innisfil beach road and I was helped by a young man by the name of Sebastian and he was absolutely fantastic. Wish all your employees were that helpful and kind. Way to go buddy
Answer: I believe Tim Hortons is a legit company but in my mind, I'm thinking they are funded somehow through the liberal party of Canada just because there is a lot of new Canadians working at Tim Hortons? I'm not racist by all means.
