This is at Bay Avenue, business bay. I went with my brother to pick iced cappuccino. We never saw residue at the end, except this time (picture enclosed). It was more iced water than coffee. On top of it very bad customer service. No respect, very arguable and not satisfied with the product as compared to deira city center.
Customer service was good. I got a quencher and a slow cooked wrap. The drink is amazing as always, but when I open up my wrap, both ends were not closed. I got all the chicken all over my car and all my clothes. The paper that they wrap the wrap with was completely wet and the wrap was soggy. The chicken juice went everywhere. I could no longer eat it and threw the whole thing out. Please train your staff how to properly close a wrap. Thank you
We waited for over 10 minutes inside for service, the donut selection was scarce, when they finally got around to taking our order, they did it begrudgingly. We ordered an ice cappuccino and it was only filled 3/4 full when we said something about it she told us argumentative that it was full. Here's photo you decide.
Went to two Tim's and neither honoured my reward for $7 Big Chill with Farmers Wrap. They both said they don't have Farmers Wraps and wouldn't offer a substitute!
How do you guys not have bagels at all every time I want to go there are no bagels restock of your stuff. I'd rather go to Starbucks I will go to your place just restock on bagels.
I am a tim horton lovers but yesterday & today I used the offer by my app in different Tim Horton but non of them doesn't work I wondering why.I called customer service but they didn't care & said is store problem
About 20 "young lads" arrived unannounced at the Tims / Wendys food court on Friday. June 23rd, 2023.
The reason we came was to celebrate a 93rd birthday of our good friend Hugh.
The young manager (Justinder?) brought Hugh 2 specialty donuts both labelled specific birthday messages for our young friend.
We stayed in a wonderful celebration and somehow all found seating to be together to celebrate this milestone birthday.
JUST ONE MORE STORY OF TIM HORTONS GENEROSITY & SERVICE TO THE COMMUNITY!
Great job by Justinder and his immediate supervisor.
We will continue to frequent this excellent establishment.

It's now 24 days and they do not reply to ticket anymore and no credit
Went to Tim Horton's this morning, the one next to Dunkin Donuts, I asked for a strawberry dipped donut and asked if they could add some more frosting on the donut because there was barely any frosting and was told absolutely not. They do not due that. I asked if the donuts were fresh and was told they are every morning. I think we all know when we are being lied to.
Just went to Tim Hortons to buy garlic herb pastries. Usually I m offered if I want them warmed up or not, this to me the server was ever so rude in service with me. Just warned them up without asking and when I asked for a bag because they were too hot she and her attitude wanted to charge me for it. She was also so very rude with the lady before me. Sheesh, she should not be working around people!
Tim Hortons must retain the quality of their sandwich bread, and the new sandwich bread is like a tissue, not worth the money.so bye bye Tim..
Uhm do I need to explain it? Well the establishment is good the food and service is great, and them protecting me. Yeah it's 5 stars.
I've reached out more than once wanting someone who can explain why customers standing in the store is less important than the customers in the drive thru. I want to make a purchase with the points that I accumulated in just one visit so I don't have to put myself through being treated like I'm second or third class customer. But no you can't do that because you can only use your points for one item per visit. Bull$#*!!
So why are drive thru customers more important than the customer that walks into the restaurant?
I know they are because I've made my order and someone in the drive thru orders the same sandwich that I ordered after me and they get served first. Should be first order first served. But Tim Hortons decided that drive thru customers come first. They don't care about any customer(young or old) standing and waiting for ten minutes while they serve drive thru customers that arrived after you.
I guess nobody that comes into the store could be in a rush as well. Maybe make drivethru's that semi trucks can fit in. I've been waiting for a couple weeks for a call back. They don't care!
I order 2 coffee and pay with phone tap. It beeps accordingly (you know the sound). Then she says something went wrong and it didn't go through. Ummm ok. Goto tap again and reader screen goes black with error messages and has to reboot. Now she needs to take me to a new card reader. I check my account on way over and it had went through. So I mention this to server and show her the account details on phone. Oh well it didn't go through on our end. Well it did go through and now you are asking me to pay twice. Ok I'll call the manager. Sure sounds good. Clerk starts using the term card declined on phone so I mention it was not declined it's an error on your reader. Uses the term 3 more times so I ask to speak to manager and get zero answer. I ask again and get ignored. Hangs up phone and says I need to pay. I am getting mad at this point and say fine I'll pay twice then. Clerk then informs me my bank will reimburse me Monday for this. I reply with they most certainly will not and I'm paying you twice even though I showed you the transaction that went through. Then I was informed I should call my bank on Monday. Ya I'm not gonna be calling my bank to explain how Tim's charged me twice and they should reimburse me because their card readers aren't working properly and the staff doesn't understand how to read an account transaction.
I give up and just want coffee. I'll pay again. I go to tap and just before I can the 2nd card reader goes black with error messages and has to reboot.
Ok… so now what? You know you have an issue with your card readers right?
No it's my phone she says.
Wow… at this point I take out my bank card because I just want my Sunday morning coffee and it works fine. Well, at the behest of paying twice and getting berated by the staff and a customer. I will be writing reviews over this matter anywhere and everywhere I can. Hopefully you do something about this complete lack and utter reverse of customer service.
They changed the point collection system
Use to be purchase 6 coffee and get the 7th one free now they change it to purchase 26 coffee in order to get 1 free this is outrage and big scam without any explanation looks like the richer they are cheaper become
I am a born and raised Canadian through and through and I loved Tim Hortons from the day they first opened. Then they sold out to a US company that's when the quality of their coffee went down, the quality of their service went way down and they even cut back on their food portions. For example, you used to be able to order chilli with a full bun now when you order chili, the portion is smaller, (the price is higher) and you only get half a bun. Come on Tim's why are you being so cheap? Give us back a whole bun. Bring back the original Tim Hortons coffee. Make us Canadians proud again of Tim Hortons. Oh yeah that's right, Tim Hortons is no longer Canadian so I'm guessing that's why we get the cheaper quality and service now. Shame on the new American owners.
I receive excellent customer service at Tim Hortons all the time. To be specific, the store on Montreal-Sinclair, Ottawa provides me the best service.
Food is tasty and service is also good. M happy. One should try this if you want something good and worth your money.
Ordered 2 teas, one came with tea bag busted, ordered 2 muffins warmed up with soft butter that can be spread on muffin,
Both came cold with butter spread on top of muffins. Took them back and again explained how I wanted them so they put muffins in bag for 5 sec handed me them, bag was warm muffins cold, again I asked them to warm them up, this time 15 seconds in microwave, they were nice and warm go to put butter on them, butter hard. Decided to eat one with out butter and that was not fully cooked, doughy in middle.
By now they are ignoring me, no receipt was given either
It was the blind leading the blind no one really cares, people working there had no clue.
Is there no pride when hiring staff, no training, this seems to be the normal in some tim Hortons.
I dont appreciate paying good money for garbage food and garbage service.
Someone should be terminated for not taking time to make sure the right people are trained correctly and also have people that understand what is being asked of them, how can you spread cold hard butter on a warm soft muffin, maybe there's something they know I don't, what I do know is no one give a... apart from making sure they get paid for garbage food and service. By the way I read, speak and talk English but when I was trying to explain what was not correct with the food ect I was looked at as if I was speeding a language from another planet.
Answer: I believe Tim Hortons is a legit company but in my mind, I'm thinking they are funded somehow through the liberal party of Canada just because there is a lot of new Canadians working at Tim Hortons? I'm not racist by all means.
