Tilley

I purchased a Tilley Ultralight T5 Classic on July 5,2023.

Unfortunately the hat has a blue discoloration on both sides of the hat. It is located where the drawstrings go through each of the eyelets.
I contacted Tilley customer service regarding the problem. They suggested I wash the discolored area with toothpaste or isopropyl alcohol.
I replied every time it gets a little wet I have to go through this process to clean it up again.
They replied they don't cover this problem whatsoever. Have had the hat a month and this is what happen with a very expensive hat which I have wanted for sometime.
To others beware of this company, they like to take your money but DO NOT stand behind their product.

I can't tell you enough how wonderful this website is! I live in Florida and when you live in Florida you definitely need hats! I had to have surgery on my nose due to the sun and at that point I decided to make sure that I was always protected! I thought at least six hats from this website and every hat it's high quality and will last a lifetime! You will not be disappointed!

Don't buy their products, they refuse to return defective items.
The materials they use of worthless and extremely poor quality.

I like that different activity because what do you want to wear a hat for travel anywhere make you feel comfortable. One thing they have a size of hats that nice.
