I am sad to say that I also got played by this TBS dress website. It's not accurate it took a long time coming, the size was not accurate, the material was not accurate, And if you have a problem returning it and you will because they send you a card with the information of a typed form that doesn't make any sense at all and expect you to know what number you need to put in your card to send it back. It does say it's a return card however you're going to have to call the service number or email. That way they will give you the number to put in there. After that you get an email about eight hours or more coming from Sherry. Saying that she needs to find out what the problem is before they can send it back in the meantime up above the email is the number you need to put in your box for the one item. I received another email exactly the same time I got the first email with a different number. So I emailed her back and said those are the two tracking numbers that you'll need to send it back but that's not true because the next sentence she says you're gonna have to send it back to China. Once again there's no address to send it to China now I'm having a problem with this whole thing and wondering why they're getting away with it. How can they have this website looking so nice to scam people in this country USA and more and more people know about it why is this business continuing to happen? I look at it as my fault. I should've checked it out first of all now that I did they're not even on the Better Business Bureau. On their website they have all these wonderful reviews but on this site every single review I've been reading is a problem with Quality, consistency, inaccurate information, and is hurt a lot of people when they had high hopes of receiving a quality product. So to finish out this review don't send it back and try to get your money back you're gonna have to pay for a lot of shipping and think of it as a charity gift to Hong Kong Otherwise you're stuck with a lot of anger, and disappointment.
