I stupidly bought a dress for $70 from this site.
When the dress arrived, it looked absolutely nothing like it did in any of the pictures on the site. It was made with this thin, super cheap dollar store quality material that was completely see-through. The dress was also advertised as ending at the mid-thigh and ended up being so long it almost went down to the ankles. I retired this dress for a store credit refund (which is all they offer as a refund, another JOKE about this site and how they keep you trapped into making purchases through them).

Once I retired the $70 dress for store credit, I am now being lied to by the representative, Sarah, who claims there are "stains all over the dress and white stains throughout the inside of the dress". I know for a fact that this is a lie made up so that Tiger Mist could get away with not giving me my $70 back. I have tried on this dress ONCE and only wear clear deodorant, which I don't even think I had on that day before trying this dress on. I have read warnings online about Tiger Mist and how they lie about returned clothing having stains on them to avoid paying people their refunds. This is a known SCAM that this site is involved in. I was hesitant to try returning anything to this site because I read these reviews, but really wanted my $70 back and had absolutely no use for this cheap see-through piece of fabric this site scammed me into buying for $70. It turns out the reviews are true, you will not get your money back and the clothing all looks cheaply made, see-through, and different in person than it appears on the website. DO NOT SHOP HERE! SAVE YOUR MONEY! TIGER MIST IS A SCAM!

I have had the most terrible experience with tiger mist. Their customer service is an absolute joke, disgusting company. Shipping is expensive and awful. They took a ridiculous amount of time to dispatch and refused to answer any of my emails concerning the time crunch. When it finally did ship it has taken way longer to get here and the import and duty fees were almost more than my actual purchase. I will NEVER order from tiger mist again. Save yourself a headache and buy from LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE.

By far the worst customer service I have ever received! Absolute SCAM! Order took 5 days to dispatch and payed for express shipping only for the company they hired to delivery my parcel to wrong address. I even spoke to the deliver company and they even showed it was signed for by someone that was not me and contacted tigermist and they pretty much said it's not there problem and won't do anything even though the error is not mine. They took my money and I am left out of pocket with no products! I will be reporting this company. WORST DAMN SERVICE AND SCAM! All about taking people's money and not helping there customers, disgusting.

I thought hundreds of dollars worth of clothing from this online retailer. With my first purchase I returned an item for a full refund and only received a store credit and was told that they could not give me a refund. The second time I returned two items in brand new condition with the tags attached because they did not fit. I was sent an email saying that these items could not be returned because they had stains on them. They also refused to send the items back to me and offered no proof of the stains. These items were brand new never worn and never even tried on because I ordered multiple sizes and kept a different size. I have never had this issue with any online retailer! A total scam!

Only shop here if every piece of clothing on their site is what you like as otherwise you can get in a 'buy and return' loop like me as they only do a store credit. I loved one pair of their pants but they were a size too big for me and they never got the smaller stock in so I've tried to get other things but nothing really is my style. Each time I order, I always get hit with a shipping fee even if the order is significantly less than my money back coupon.

I returned an item I purchased because it didn't fit and they gave me the wrong amount back for my refund and refused to believe that I had sent the top I told them back when I literally had the top they were saying I sent back with me and on. Their communication was terrible and I will never ever be purchasing from this thrift brand again. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY, YOU WONT GET IT BACK IF THINGS DONT FIT ETC

I bought several pairs of pants from this company and none of them fit me, so I returned them. I thought that because the merchandise was ill fitting, I would be able to receive a refund, however I was informed I could only receive store credit. Disappointing. But here is when they really decided to screw me over, the return credit took 3 weeks to process and was not for the full amount. I received an email saying one of the pants I returned was covered in "black hair," which is impossible since my hair is blonde and my cat has white/grey fur. This website does not include measurements for their merchandise, making it difficult to know your size in their product, they have a limited return policy and are not very size inclusive, then, they try and scam you out of a couple bucks by lying. STAY AWAY, POOR QUALITY, SCAM

First of all I ordered from this site (TigerMist) in march and it is JUNE and I haven't received my order yet... I had no shipping costs at first as it said on the company site, but now they are asking me to pay over 40 extra for shipping. In the past three months I have sended messages two times them to cancel my order bc the order didn't even leave the country of orgin for over two months and they answered to me with the SAME EXACT COPIED message why the couldn't refund my order which was s**t bc I know my rights as a buyer, but I'm from EU so there is nothing I can do. They didn't even offer me discount to apologise. I rarely comment on companies sites so u know I'm very disappointed with Tigermist. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

Their Riva Dress appears to be a mustard yellow or darker yellow on the website, however upon receiving it, it is so BRIGHT it is closer to a neon orange. I contacted customer service in hopes of them at least covering the return shipping but instead was told, "Our images are shot by a professional photographer who uses a number of different lighting environments... and filtering techniques which can sometimes make the colour of products appear varied." Wow. So buyer beware on colors shown vs. colors received. Such a disappointment and loss of a customer.

I purchased a dress for my granddaughter and it just didn't fit well, so I immediately figured I would return and get a refund, wrong. First of all, you have to go to their site and send an email requesting a return number along with a form that needs to be filled out. Also, they provide details on their return policy, which indicates that you will only receive an online store credit as they do not provide refunds. I would have been okay with that, but then you have to pay the shipping cost (cheapest was $23.50) to return the item and then when something new is purchased once again you are paying for the shipping. The original purchase was $80.00 and if you add up all the shipping (approx. $55) it isn't worth returning. That is how their money is made. We will be donating the dress to some charity rather than give this company more money.
