I had technical difficulty with the website, and the shop owner rushed to my aid and provided excellent and friendly customer service. She also followed up after I placed my order. She seems to really care about the service she provides, which is important to me when shopping anywhere, online or off.
The product did take some time to come in, but was so worth it! It also came in a week earlier than anticipated.^-^ Was a cute surprise in the mail. The wallet was extremely smooth leather, very high quality. The photo on the wallet also came out splendidly! A wonderful merge, and just an overall beautiful design. Plus, it was not high priced. (:

I've never been a fan of flip flops but these are very comfortable. I wore them on two 1.5 mi walks the same day and loved them. Will likely buy more colors.
