My items took to long and I wrote and asked for a refund since it wasnt shipped yet. Within in hours I received a message saying that my item was sent That was August 15th and here I am a month later and still no items. I am trying to use the tracking number they gave me but it doesnt work. I think that this is a fake web site
I really love tdstore so much just bought my accessories there have been shopping online for the last 3 months and i can tell that have never been offered such and amazing service that i got with tidestore. Thank you so much tidestore.
1st it's cheap
2nd it's from China and sizes are way off
3rd they are the worst customer service
4th they didn't have the items I ordered yet no refund no credit nothing
So I didn't get all my order and they didn't do $#*! about it! I complained with bbb international and guess what they still didn't give a $#*! bc they in china! They suck and I lost money on the stupidest site ever!
You want cheap unfitted clothes then go ahead and order from them but guess what you probably won't even receive it!
This company needs to shut down!

Its aint a problem all we you need is just to open this tidestore.com, choose all what you want and make your transaction and it will be delivered right to you on the time agreed. With tidestore no problems nor mistakes its all pretty cool. I like have been doing this for the past 4 months and i will do it again and again, thank you so much to tidestore and to the member you just, made my life simple i dont need to go to the store to shop my dresses and all my clothes.
This website's service is outstanding and the customer team helped me to solve the problems about refunds. Though I like dress, the size wsa not so fine so I have to refund. I have no dress but tidestore is a nice website!
I couldn't wait to get my dress and when I tried it on, it fit exactly as it did on the model in the pic. I took it in a little on the left side to define the waste more. Regardless, it's an elegant dress with a bit of an edge. It drapes nicely and is very comfortable. I highly recommend it!
Well most of the comments are bad soooo im starting to think otherwise. I ordered my dress a week ago still not here im starting to get worried and stuff. If my dress doesn't come I will be arguing and never shopping again. If it does come I still couldn't take the risk my money on this store
I bought 2 pieces of casual dress and one hoodie at tidestore. The quality of the items is very good, exactly as the pictures showing. I'm satisfied with the hoodie that I ordered since I love the style very much.
I got my lovely dress in tidestore, before i saw in normal shop but it was really original and so i didnt want to buy there and when i open this site and i saw my favorite dress nothing made me doubt and i got it faster.
I have ordered my dress 14 days ago and it still has not arrived. The number they provide to contact them is weird, and it will not work for me. I sent them an email to the email address they provide to contact them and they did not reply, I sent them another email yesterday and no reply. I’m starting to think they just charged my card and they aren’t going to send me the dress. I’m starting to think that it is fraud.
I ordered a dress I really liked that I saw on the tide store website I had seen the same dress on other websites but I enjoyed the reviews on the website. They were false. I received my dress a whole month later, when I opened the bag I did not see the beautiful dress online I saw a DIRTY, small (which I ordered large) two different colors. I am dissatisfied customer I went about it the only way I could, threw customer service which they returned with a 5$ off, why would I invest more money for the same outcome? Do not I repeat do not purchase from this website! Waste of money.

The dress i bought from the tidestore is soooo cute and i really love it. It has the cheerful quality and wonderful material. The most important thing is that the dress is very cheap so that i bought 3 dresses for my mother and sister.

Ordered £87 worth of clothes. One item arrived a month after 4 items were poorly made and poor quality. I sent them pictures how badly the stitching are and how different it is on the photos. I wanted to return the items but the customer service said it wasn't that bad and if I could just keep them and I insist on returning them and they said I can return the items but I have to pay for tax and shipping AGAIN and once they got it they will review and make a decision whether to give my refund. I ended up keeping the items as I am not willing to pay more for unwanted items. I should have checked reviews before ordering. NEVER AGAIN! Poor customer service. Poor quality and very different from photos. I STAY AWAY!
I've ordered from tidestore a couple times now. First time went without any glitches. Second time, there was an internal issue with their shipping and I wasn't informed. I contacted customer service and was replied within 24hrs. The dress was sent out fastly. I received it relatively quick after it was shipped. I will still order from tidestore!
This is the worst store I have ever dealt with. Do not buy anything from this store or you may be in for big trouble. The clothes I ordered didn't fit. I contacted them the day after I received them for a refund. They told me to take pictures of myself showing they didn't fit, which I did. They then told me to take pictures of the packaging material and tags on the clothes, which I did. Even though I followed their dispute procedures they refused to give me my money back saying they are a manufacturer not a retailer. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!
I Bought a Jeans Jacket Jumpsuits. Great looks and the low waist pattern make it very trendy. The workmanship done on it is very adorable and pleasing. The jeans material used in it is of high quality and makes the jumpsuit long lasting for your use. By the way, I didn't intend to write this review in real name, but when I saw reviews and fond someone doubt the truth of the review with unreal name, so i write this review in real name. Well I got my second item finally, still missing one. - place order in May.
2xplus fits medium - what sizing chart do they use - I can't even get the dress over my chest - I can wear 1x in north American sizing but ordered 2x just in case should have kept my money in my pocket - as I can't return these dresses as shipping to China - will cost me more then the items what a waste of $100.00 - third item propably won't fit either when it eventually gets here.

I bought a t-shirt and a pair of earrings from there. The delivery was good, rapid, no problem with it.
The products look exacly as on the website, the measurement, the colors, everything.
The quality of the products it is good and they have small prices. I liked the fact that altought I bought only a pair of earrings, they came in a separate, beautiful box that I can use to store my jewelry.
