I placed an order a couple of weeks ago, only to get a bad feeling and check out the reviews. I tried cancelling my order the following day but they told me they can't cancel it b/c they already shipped it out. I then asked for a tracking number only to get a very old tracking number for something that was delivered over a month ago to a different state (before I even placed the order). So I told them that was wrong, they said "oh, we haven't shipped it yet"... So not only was I lied to about them shipping it out in the first place, they also gave me a fake tracking number. I asked again to cancel it with a full refund and am still waiting to hear back from them. This is CRAP! Order #*******

I Needed a fancy dress costume at short notice (as seems to be the usual case!) for my daughter for Red Nose Day. I just place an ordered on 26/3/15 & now i checked in my account the status of my parcel is same as it on that day if the product is ready & only to ship than why they write factory is preparing your order, is there any fake i am so worried that i have done any mistake to place an order on Tidestore, even i send the mail leave message but no response from the site.
