We attempted to purchase tickets through Tickpicks, when we selected our seats TickPick flagged the seats were not available for sale make another selection and we made another selction,TickPick flagged our new selection of seat, these seats no longer available. We were charged for both selected attempts on our Chase account. We were never sent an email confirmation of our transaction or any concert tickets. We disputed these transaction with TickPick and Chase. Chase has sided with TickPick. I would discourage anyone from doing business with TickPicks And they never sent an order number

You should be told all of the detail, before purchase, on how it all works. Who would ever purchase tickets and trust you'll get them the day before the event, months down the road. Noone would do that. I'm going to file a claim through my credit card company to stop the payment. What's relaxing about stressing for months, not knowing if you are really going to get the tickets. I've gone to tons of concerts, shows, comedians, etc., and never have I ever not gotten my tickets as soon as the 'purchase' button is clicked. I called and as usual, they said nothing could be done but i could re-sell. Re-sell what, the tickets i can't get until March 10th? Tickets are released when you purchase tickets. So these guys must not really have these tickets. Total scam.

I easily picked out tickets I wanted for a show and they were listed cheaper, no fees and transferred to me rather quickly! The only thing I noticed is I didn't know what seat I had but I was able to see the Section and row. I usually like to pick an aisle seat which I didn't get. Not sure if it was something I did wrong but that would be my only concern with the site is if you want to be able to pick your seat! Otherwise they were legit.
