We're the original no-fee ticket site that guarantees the best prices on tickets to live events.
TickPick generally enjoys a positive reputation among customers, particularly for its competitive pricing, user-friendly app, and transparent, no-hidden-fee policy. Many users appreciate the smooth purchasing process and timely ticket delivery, contributing to overall satisfaction. However, concerns arise regarding customer service, particularly in cases of ticket transfers and cancellations, where some customers experienced frustration due to delays and insufficient support. While many expressed willingness to use the platform again, enhancing communication and support during critical transactions could further improve the customer experience and address recurring issues.

Worked great
Will definitely use this site again
Very easy transaction
Very easy and fees were lower for the same seats compared with other vendors.
The experience was easy and there were no hidden fees. The tickets were accessible in minutes.
Everything about our ticket purchase was simple. Good communication the whole time. Purchasing, transferring, and using the tickets was easy!
My husband looked at $2000 court side tickets to Miami Heat but did NOT press any button or request to purchase or in any way buy them. 5 mins later he got an email saying he bought them. Called and emailed TickPick immediately and they said too bad you own them just sell them. Called cc and reported the fraud and they cancelled card but he still had tickets. Now Tick pick said he can't resell them until fraud review is complete and that is unlikely to happen before game. Even if he is able to resell them he will still be out over $300 due to fees and that's assuming he can resell at same high price which is unlikely since prices will probs fall if game isn't sold out as date gets closer. So buyer beware — no customer service or protection or help and something wrong when they can take $2000 from you without any authorization or cc pin or anything.
Excellent transaction. I wish everyone included the total cost upfront like Tickpick's. I hate hidden fees.
This was my first time buying from TickPick: I was visiting family, and we wanted to take the whole family to a Rockets game. I heard about TickPick through Twitter, and I decided to try it as opposed to their competitors.
I got my tickets within one day of purchase, and the game itself was great. I love how the process of buying them itself were straightforward, especially with no hidden fees!
Watch out for TickPick... they're on the come up.
Like everyone I was trying to get the best tickets at the best price. This was such a straight-up deal.
No surprises and landed tickets (great seats) cheaper than all the other options. Who knew?
Hook'em!
First time using this service.
As title says; good prices, good selection and problem free
Best experience ever! Price, location and the actual event.
Went to buy hockey tix and clicked on parking thinking Iwas adding parking to 4 tickets. Nope I bought 4 parking spots instead. Call customer service and I can try to resell them with a $10 per spot charge to do so. Hopefully someone else falls for the same scam I did...
I bought some tickets using TickPick, as I had used this service in the past and it worked more or less well. However, yesterday I bought some tickets for Disney On Ice and found a cheaper price within 30 minutes, they have a "price guarantee" and the way it works (in theory) is that if you find a better price in the same section, they give you the difference. However, that is a big lie. Take a good look before buying. Since sometimes there are price differences. But, lately, the difference is that TickPick is more expensive than the original provider (Ticketmaster). Their customer service is a joke, they only give you a pre-formatted script and they don't solve anything. I will not use this service and I don't recommend this service to anyone.
If I could give a zero I would. Bought tickets one afternoon and received a email confirming the order. Received an email saying that the tickets were sold just before I bought them and they were no longer mine! What! First time using TickPick but never will again!
I spent 360 bucks on tickets, claimed them and added to my wallet, but then I got a warning that my tickets were linked to another Apple ID so I would be unable to use them. Then I checked my ticket master and they were not there either. I contact customer support and they say I need to remove them from my wallet and then it should show up on my ticket master so I did. Well it did not show up on my ticket master so they contacted the seller and said he showed them proof that I was transferred the tickets so I must have them. So then I asked them if he could remove them from his Apple ID so I could use them, but they said I deleted them from my wallet so there was no point in asking him that. Then I asked if I could get a refund or similar tickets because of their buyers trust guarantee. To this they said no because I must have the tickets in my ticket master if I was able to add them to my wallet and that I must have mixed up accounts. I only have one Ticketmaster account, there is no possible way it could be anywhere else. Eventually the customer support quit responding to my emails so now I'm just out $360 dollars, so don't ever use this service it's worth to pay the service fees on other sites to not have to deal with this.
I ordered a ticket through TickPick. I received an email from the seller with a link to Ticketmaster for the ticket. When at the show I tried opening the link to Ticketmaster and there was no ticket. The link did not work. I called TickPick who reached out to the seller. No one got back to me and I missed the show. TickPick says since the seller sent an email saying "my ticket is on its way" that is considered proof of transfer. I have used TickPick before without any problems but this is totally unacceptable. The venue would no do anything for me because the issue was with TickPick not Ticketmaster. If I got it directly through Ticketmaster the venue would have been able to correct it. And it's not about the lousy $107 for the ticket but I went to the show to meet friends and couldn't get it because it was sold out.
Had to sell tickets this place is the worst place if you need to sell them. Great if you're buying them and you go to the event but not selling tickets they don't show up on the map so it looks like they're sold out when they're not they're only available if you scroll down and you actually have to know what you're looking for. Emailed and called no one gives a $#*! pretty much worthless other than buying your tickets.
I bought tickets from them a few times. Their so-called "Buyer's Guarantee" is total BS. Guaranteed Rip-off and Disappointment. I had tix undelivered by regular mail (not their problem apparently) and had to buy more EXPENSIVE tix. Then another time I had tix that were gonna be delivered the day of an out of state show. When I contacted them They said they'd send new ones to our hotel the day before the show. Didn't happen. (Again- not their problem). It was a show at a tiny venue where tix were completely impossible. Flight, hotel, rent-a-car, food, etc. for nothing. Twelve people.
With my most recent purchase I paid $2900 for 4 tix (electronic delivery Lol) unaware of the seating arrangement of the venue and its obstructed views. I contacted them about it and they told me that it was clearly stated. I couldn't find it anywhere so I sent a screenshot asking where, assuming it would be in a large bold typeface. It was indeed stated- in a thin light gray microscopic font (I could see if I used the Webb telescope) which was a cutoff sentence. Not "clearly stated". Again not their problem. I sent them a screenshot of what CLEARLY STATED is from SeatGeek's page. I was told I could re-list them… for a 10% fee and pass this bad experience on to another unassuming customer. I know what some of you are thinking. Why would he use them AGAIN after multiple bad experiences? Answer: I seem to want to teach others to learn from my mistakes. I'm an idiot. And you'd be, too if you used them. Lol
They sent me tickets that were counterfeit, and then still haven't received my refund! I have been given excuses and no results! Don't trust this company
TickPick was great. Just would like to have my ticket sooner than when it was e-delivered to me.
Answer: Hi there, Great question! So as a secondary marketplace where sellers are listing their tickets for sale, the tickets are typically sent electronically via a primary platform such as Ticketmaster, AXS, Account Managers, or SeatGeek (just to provide a few examples). Of course, this is dependent on the venue/event organizer.
Answer: Yes, you would want to list your tickets for a delivery date (In-Hand date) which would directly reflect the day the tickets are available for transferring, listed on Ticketmaster.

Answer: Hi there, You are free to list your tickets on as many platforms as you wish. Please keep in mind, if your listing sells on TickPick you are locked into fulfilling the order. If your listing sells on another platform, you will need to remove the listing from TickPick ASAP to avoid it selling there as well. If they sell on TicketMaster and you do not remove your listing, and then the listing sells on TickPick you will be held responsible to provide tickets to fill the order as well. You will need to monitor your listings/sales very closely to ensure you do not end up with what is called a double-sale.
Answer: Thanks for reaching out! The delivery of the tickets depends on the venue and if there are any delivery delays. We guarantee they will arrive in ample time, 24 hours prior to the event being the latest. Once your order is confirmed, you will get an email with the expected delivery date.
Answer: Hi there, Account surrender means the seller has setup an account that houses the tickets, they would then provide you with the login credentials and you would need to login to the account to view and access the tickets using the login credentials from the seller. It is a valid and safe form of delivery and only used when the event organizer has turned transfers off for that particular event. All sales are backed by our Buyer Trust Guarantee so even with Account Surrender orders, your order is safe and protected by our guidelines.
Answer: Yes, all of our orders have a buyer trust guarantee. If you have any issues with the validity of tickets on your order, you can contact our customer support and we will work with your seller to ensure you have valid tickets for entry at no additional cost to you.
Answer: Hi there, I apologize for the delayed response from our team. Sometimes, if your delivery date isn't until 24/48 hours before the event takes place would be because the tickets are being held and not transferable yet by the venue itself. It is very common for the venues to hold a delay on releasing barcodes to prevent fraudulent tickets from hitting the marketplaces. This is an added security measure out of our control. One of the many reasons you can rest assured with our Buyer Trust Guarantee! We have a dedicated fulfillment team monitoring all orders as they get closer to their "In-hand" date and we will offer replacements whenever possible if the seller misses their deadline to deliver. You may get the tickets before 10/29 so continue to keep a close eye on your emails and let us know if you have any questions.
