Error made on my part. Customer service contacted within minutes. Hard line no on doing the right thing. No one was affected in the 3 minutes. They also refuse immediate delivery of tickets. So I can't have tickets to attempt to sell them with a reputable company and can't have my money back. Issue here. Have started dispute with credit card company. Buyer beware with this company.
I tried to buy a ticket to Taylor swift eras tour. I clicked in a ticket in section 11 row 11 for $3550. Attempted to purchase with three different credit cards (all with sufficient available credit) and each transaction was rejected. I waited a few minutes and lo and behold that ticket was gone but there's a ticket four rows back for $5118!
Such crap! Won't buy from this site. And when you call customer service they won't even put anybody on the phone if you're not calling about an event within 24 hours obviously Taylor Swift tickets are selling months and months in advance so they won't even talk to me about it!

DO NOT SELL TICKETS ON HERE. We are extremely disappointed in how this all played out. We tried to sell two tickets, later discovered AXS would not allow us to transfer those tickets. Tried to alert TickPick so we could cancel the sale since we could. Not transfer them. We got charged $389 BY TICK PICK, FOR NOTHING. No transfer was made, no tickets purchased, just them collecting $389 dollars from us for no sale or transfer to be made from us to the buyer. This is insane and we are extremely angry. Greedy, greedy company. We didn't do anything wrong to be charged an arm and a leg and you should be ashamed. I am appalled at this situation.

Terrible Customer Service. Their "vetted seller" scammed me. I got the tickets they showed in my account but the morning of the event they were gone. No customer service help. Had to reach out of the venue who eventually in person said that the buyer had ticketmaster reverse the transaction and then he sold them again. On reaching out to TickPick they said they hadn't heard of that and that the second I accepted the tickets they were done and that they wouldn't do anything without documentation directly stating that from MSG who refused to put anything in writing.
My tickets were transferred, the email went to junk. I called 20 minutes too late apparently. I spent an hour with customer service and they couldn't resolve the issue. Unwilling to make it right, re issue the tickets, or issue a refund. $300 wasted I will never use this service again. Buy your tickets direct, done waste your time or money. They could have made it right and resolved the issue with one managers "say so". Instead they didn't, I had to buy the tickets on-site the day off for another $350. It's a transaction, customer service is not something they care about.

I was skeptical that TickPick was legit, but it is. My tickets came through on the Ticketmaster app and they were significantly cheaper than comparable tickets on StubHub Vivid Seat Gek or direct from Ticketmaster.
