I was a little hesitant about getting tickets through tickpick since i didn't know anyone who had done it before and because it is stated in the instructions that you don't get the tickets til the day before the event…that made me nervous. However, we got them weeks before the event and getting and downloading the tickets was simple. Also, the communications I had with the staff via email were simple and helpful. Our experience was horrible-worst event I've ever attended. We found out the morning of the party the location of the event and then it changed. By the time we found it we had one drink (we paid for the alcohol package) and then the bar was shut down by the police because proper liquor permits were not secured. They offered an after hours party which started an 1.5hrs after the game ended. I want a refund for the alcohol portion.
