We made the trip to Toronto for a Hurricanes at Maple Leafs game. The tickets to the game were quite expensive. We chose based on price and the need for 4 seats together. We reviewed many seat options but selected seats based on price. Upon a bit of research we found that the seats we chose, although up high, would actually be good for the money. Unfortunately, two of the four seats purchased were unable to see the offensive end. Literally were unable to see the net! Which I find odd because we looked at the view from the seats and there was not any obstruction. This is unacceptable in general but definitely for the price we paid.
I submitted feedback on the 22nd when we got to our seats but I am still awaiting a resolution.
I have never used a secondary market for concert tickets (or any tickets) before. My niece recommended TickPick and I'm so happy she did. I was locked out of the AXS site because it had an old address in my account and it didn't match the current billing. Day of event, and they said 3-5 days tonresolve. So I used TickPick, purchased basically the same tickets for less money and had them in my AXS account within 10 minutes. Great experience.

Ticketmaster can charge up to double the amount of the tickets with their surcharges and hidden fees and this is such a welcome departure from the thieves Ticketmaster.

The seller never sent me my transfer email. Customer service was really nice and said they reached out to the seller for her to resend the email but the seller never did. They said that they have proof that they sent it but the tickets never came so I ended up having to go through a different company and buy tickets 1 hour before the concert started. Now I'm out all that money because the insurance that I bought for the tickets won't pay back because they don't do claims for not receiving tickets. I just hope no one else has to go through this. I just know I will not be back.

I've perused TP for awhile and finally the $25 tickets for Kerry King/Municipal Waste/Alien Weaponry at the House of Blues LV were too good to pass up. Jumped for them via PayPal, received promptly via Ticketmaster, no muss, no fuss…….took my, EDM loving, nephew and we had a head banging blast! The tunes were incredible and the Vegas Metal family are always a good hang. Mahalo to TP and Ben!
