I was searching for tickets to a Spring Training Baseball game and was discouraged by the ticket price along with the "service fee" from other sites. The ticket transfer, the ticket price, the purchase site and finally the seats were great. I will defiantly use TickPick again and recommend it to my friends.

I found the best price for the tickets to Wicked on TickPick. They also gave me 8 tickets together. The entry went smoothly with the tickets in my TickPick app. I would definitely use TickPick again and highly recommend TickPick to others.
Our ticketed event was in CST time zone however the time zone on the tickets were EST so we missed the first half of the game because we thought it started later than it did.
The website should show the time in the time zone where the event will take place.

Shopping for tickets was easy on Tick Pick. Their prices are basically inline with the other sites but sometimes you get a lucky deal. Only thing i don't like is once you get in their system, they BARRAGE you with texts and emails such that i may block them until i need the service again. They were relentless.
You have the worst customer service I have ever seen. I bought tickets and when I went to transfer them I was told that they had already been claimed by another email. Frustrated with what was happening I called customer service and spoke with Jerome who told me that if I did not receive the tickets I would get tickets in the same section or the next best thing. Hours later I receive an email saying that now my order has been canceled due to a pricing error. This is not my fault the app and seller approved the price and it was advertised as the best deal on the app. Now I just spoke with customer service again this time Ariana who told me there was nothing they could do except my refund then she changed it to $40 credit then it went up to $70. There is obviously something they can do better than that to be equal to the area of my seats if they keep going up so why not tell me that in the first place. Now I am waiting for a call back.
The shopping and finding experience is fine. The purchase prices appear to be straight forward and without fees, though of course this is built in to the ticket pricing instead, I'd imagine.
Having to download the App is obviously a pain but I understand the business model. The QR image was rudimentary and the print was small and I wondered all the way up to the admission scanner if the thing would work. Sure enough it did and I'd not hessitate to use this service again.

I was disappointed to see that TickPick charged $32.00 for parking at Baycare Park when the charge for parking at the ballpark was only $18.00. I feel like I got ripped off for the parking and would like to request a refund for the difference, if possible. Other than that, TickPick was great for the seats I purchsed for 2 games at the ballpark.
I downloaded and still my ticket didn't come up. The fist 2 times I tried to buy a ticket your system failed. I stopped by the club and she asked me to try again. When I finally got a ticket, I couldn't access it! Thank goodness I know the club owner and she took care of me

This one had the best pricing and options and was the easiest to be able to see where the seats actually were. The tickets transferred effortlessly and my husband said the location of the seats was prime. Would definitely use this site again.
