I have made several attempts to get ahold of this company for a full refund, it been over the 30 days and still no answers or refund. I've contacted tickpick several times via fb and email. Their phone lines are not working so there is no way to contact them. I've also filed complaints with the BBB and FTC but that doesn't seem to matter because obviously a lot of ppl have. I just want what I paid for my tickets so I can be done with this company.
TickPick is my go to site for all types of tickets. I have used for concerts and especially sports. Great prices with all fees up front. Recommended to my friends and family and now they too use this site.
The tickets disappeared from my MSG application and it took many calls to get them back for me. They were not helpful until one day before the event. I felt badly for their customer service person as she was the only person responding to calls. This happened to me in my last two purchases after having no similar problem in purchases prior to the last two events.

TickPick always have the best price, better than those other sites (Stubhub, TicketMaster, etc). Their customer service is also great! I forgot my tickets to a New Year's Day bowl game this year (out of town). Not only did they replace my tickets with better seats, they also did it for free! I am so grateful! If you need a concert or sports ticket, use them!

My granddaughter was playing with my phone she is 10 years old and has knowledge about getting around on an I phone. She accidentally purchased a NETS ticket for over $1,500. I immediately called you explaining the situation. I was told you contact the seller. After about 15 minutes I was told nothing could be done; the seller would not consider a reversal. I paid the money and realized that your purchase policy was NOT something with which I wanted to be associated. I never purchased anything but Hockey tickets and prior to the very unfortunate experience outlook above I was pleased with your service. Even a time delay of one hour would have avoided having a very unhappy customer.
TickPick made it so easy and hassle free to get theater tickets to the show I wanted. Price was great and was able to get my first choice for date and seats I requested. Even better, I didn't have to pay any additional fees which many other ticket sites charge. I will definitely use TickPick again!

TickPick is without a doubt, one million times superior to Ticketmaster or StubHub for the simple fact that they don't charge you upwards of 25% in service fees. I'm using a website, you didn't service me at all. TickPick does away with those

We purchased two very expensive tickets to see lady gaga jazz piano on may 16 in las vegas... the concert was cancelled due to covid19. It's been over 40 days now and numerous emails back and forth with tix pick and no one can give us an answer on WHEN we will be getting our refund! I will NEVER go with any outside ticket vendor again after this experience. I will be buying directly from ticketmaster as refunds were processed right away. We keep getting generic responses saying that "it can take up to 30 days after filing a refund request". Now we are being told that they are refunding by "event' now and that the refund process has slowed down and they can't tell us when they will refund the 600 plus dollars we put out! The worst ever. We've been trying to get refund since april 8th.

The website said he would release the tickets by 6pm. Called tickpick and had them contact the seller, who assured us that he would release the tickets within 5 minutes. Still no tickets after 5 minutes. Meanwhile the game is about to start. We wait a little longer. No tickets.
Finally I have to buy different tickets juts to be able to get into the game. And I never got my money back for the first order from tickpick.
