The tickets disappeared from my MSG application and it took many calls to get them back for me. They were not helpful until one day before the event. I felt badly for their customer service person as she was the only person responding to calls. This happened to me in my last two purchases after having no similar problem in purchases prior to the last two events.

* TickPick attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond
