Called their company several times and they kept saying they couldn't get ahold of the seller, so they couldn't give me a refund. Even a credit for what I paid would have been nice. Such a waste of my time and money!

I was charged for eight tickets to a minor league hockey team I had never even heard of before much less woulda ordered tickets from. When I asked for a refund I was told that was impossible and they were uncool in every way about it so don't buy from this place cause someday they'll hit ya big like they did me

Purchased tickets to Garth Brooks for charlotte nc for $380 for 2 tickets first complaint is how they price gouged when face value was about 70.00. My biggest complaint and concern was purchasing said tickets and then not having them in hand which I believe is absurd. Granted concert not until may and I purchased dec 6th but I had a super uh uneasy feeling about it immediately after purchase and started looking at reviews and better business bureau etc and it was warranted for me to have these uneasy feelings. I contacted support at tick pick asked to cancel order if I couldnt have the tickets in hand they said not available due to venue not releasing them and it was at that moment I realized I had completely been scammed out of 380.00 because I know for a fact tickets were released from the venue because I have several friends going and already have there tickets I requested money back and they tell me all sales are final and theres nothing they can do. I for one week extremely hard for my money as do other people and all I ask is please return my money it's now March 11 and still no tickets at this point I dont want them I just want my money back because even reading reviews it's a well known fact at this point even if I would receive them theres a huge chance they wont be valid at the time of the concert please make this right and refund my money your site should be shut down! Obviously no legit place is going to hold tickets until 2 days before event when they have for sure been released from a venue that's just an excuse to keep someone hanging in the balance
When I saw the prices on TickPick were similar to other sites, I knew that there had to be a catch with their "no fee" policy. I was pleasantly surprised. I saved over $100 on fees for tickets to an Elton John concert and also bought tickets to a Pelicans basketball game. I will use TickPick for all of my future ticket purchases.
