I really appreciate the no fee aspect of TickPick. When I was on several other sites, StubHub, SeatGeek, etc they all were charging a $90ish fee per ticket. I was able to secure 14th row to Old Dominion at Red Rocks, expensive at $300 per ticket but a bargain based upon supply and demand. Since I was a new user to TickPick they also made me go through some extra steps to make sure the credit cards I was using were indeed mine which took a little extra time and effort but I have had issues with fraud recently so I appreciated the due diligence.
It was not quite what I expected I thought we had our bathrooms on the floor where we were no waiter cause they called off An then I got a pizza An it was cold had to leave concrete to go back An no refund had to get another pizza.I work at a casino am we refund money or credit back no manager was available so for a thousand dollars no was not happy nice venue.I use Tick pick a lot

I paid $300 for tickets to the Shania Twain concert May 28 in the Hollywood Bowl. This is a third-party vendor with Ticketmaster. I purchased the tickets in the morning. I never received the digital tickets by email from this agency or through Ticketmaster and I missed the concert. They refused to give me a refund. Save yourself the headache of trying to get a hold of customer service and working with them. Do not use this company. They are fraudulent.
