We're the original no-fee ticket site that guarantees the best prices on tickets to live events.
TickPick generally enjoys a positive reputation among customers, particularly for its competitive pricing, user-friendly app, and transparent, no-hidden-fee policy. Many users appreciate the smooth purchasing process and timely ticket delivery, contributing to overall satisfaction. However, concerns arise regarding customer service, particularly in cases of ticket transfers and cancellations, where some customers experienced frustration due to delays and insufficient support. While many expressed willingness to use the platform again, enhancing communication and support during critical transactions could further improve the customer experience and address recurring issues.

A smooth perfect transaction. No issues, no problems and no fees like Ticketmaster has.
Will definitely use Tick Pick again!
I was scared since it was my first experience with tick picks but all went smoothly. I did get th ticket for the concert the day before but all was set ahead of time. The tickets were legit through Ticketmaster
This site sold me tickets they did not have. Told me 4 hours before the event I would have them. Then after I reached out again waited until 20 minutes before the event to tell me the seller did not have the tickets. I would not waist your time or money. You could end up traveling, and paying for an event you wont be going to. Because you bought marked up tickets that didn't exist.
I bought tickets to the Beyonce concert 8/30 for section 106. I was advised order was confirmed and sent to Ticketmaster. Still no tickets. After I reached out to TickPick, they advised that my original tickets werw not available and will offer me comparable tickets and I have to make a decision to get right away. Since advised ot was comparable I said yes. After Days of research I found out it was not comparable and it's an onbstructed view. TickPick put me in a bad situation. All I want is comparable to tickets with a view I expected, but they gave me a downgrade. I would never use this site again. I don't want a refund, but good seats that are not blocked by a speaker. This is supposed to be a special gift to my daughter.
Tickpick is the best app to use for tracking ticket prices, getting the best price without hidden fees, and the price freeze feature is the cherry on top.
Horrible
Horrible. I trustingly went to this site to buy tickets because of what they say about the zero fees. Come to find out when I go to ticket master the tickets I bought for would have been $130 cheaper for better seats.
Update, they did finally refund my purchase. Took a little leg work. So if you are persistent, you may get a refund under the same scenario.
Stay away from this company. It can be a scam! The venue effectively cancelled the show and gave everyone a refund. The venue informed me I had to go through tick pick. Turns out their advertised money back guarantee if the show is cancelled is just a sales pitch. The fine print reads "at their discretion", and you agree to that when you give them your money. Very scam type practice and I would advise everyone look elsewhere. The seller cleaned up as they sold me a ticket and then they got a refund as well. What have we come to in this world to treat people this way.
I was hesitant. But got great tix to Ed Sheeran at Gillette - no hidden fees, excellent Putnam Club seats. Highly recommend.
SCAM! Purchased two concert tickets over a week ago and have not received them. I was told by the customer service rep that the tickets would be delivered the day before the show and that is "ample time". The customer service rep said no cancellations or refunds would be issued but I could sell my tickets on their site but that's a little hard to do when the tickets were never transferred to me. Makes you wonder how many "tickets" are for sale on there from people that don't actually have them in hand if this is the solution.
I purchased tickets to a concert and the seller sent me the wrong concert date. The seller tried to rectify by saying he can get tickets to the right concert date by the end of the week. That never happened. I contacted tickpick and they said he has 72 hours to give me the tickets. Mind you I was going to Chicago for this show and I live in DC. Why can't I just get a refund and he resell the tickets with the correct date to someone else? Oh and the email I received said they will provide the tickets by the 12th and the concert is on the 13th. That's not 72 hours.
I had purchased two concert tickets from them and never got them.Their transfer ticket links didn't work. I contacted them several times, they lied and never fixed it so it left only one option.Contacting my credit card company to try to fix this. They never responded when I pushed them to fix it. They removed my tickets off their page with no notification. I still wanted the tickets but they failed to even try to make things right in the end. I ended up buy tickets from another site.
The business/support will always take the seller's side of "yes I sent them" as "proof" and if you don't receive the tickets or you receive them 50% into the game/concert's duration you do not get a refund because the seller said "yes I sent them". I have attached screenshot of what the "proof" looks like. Seems like just a bunch of nonsense, no?
Never once received an apology from the Support or was able to speak to a manager.
I am very good at technology/also already have had the ballpark app installed for previous transfers that never had any trouble, so you can find it surprising when there is no process accountability of tickets never actually ending up in the app.
Zero authority or ownership taken. "No fees" isnt worth the chance of no tickets! When I called the urgent support line I said can we please try and have another ticket sent to try out what the issue is- and no they cannot.
Bought tickets at a good price and good viewing location
Bought 2 Tickets to Taylor Swift concert for almost $3000. Never reciprocated tickets. Customer service was of no help.

The night was absolutely amazing! TickPick got us some incredible tickets for an insanely good price! People around us paid over $9,000+ for the same seats we spent $1,000 for! Definitely an unforgettable experience. 10/10 would do it again!
Loved the game experience and our seats were amazing and came at a great discount!
Answer: Hi there, Great question! So as a secondary marketplace where sellers are listing their tickets for sale, the tickets are typically sent electronically via a primary platform such as Ticketmaster, AXS, Account Managers, or SeatGeek (just to provide a few examples). Of course, this is dependent on the venue/event organizer.
Answer: Yes, you would want to list your tickets for a delivery date (In-Hand date) which would directly reflect the day the tickets are available for transferring, listed on Ticketmaster.
Answer: Yes, you would want to list your tickets for a delivery date (In-Hand date) which would directly reflect the day the tickets are available for transferring, listed on Ticketmaster.
Answer: Hi there, You are free to list your tickets on as many platforms as you wish. Please keep in mind, if your listing sells on TickPick you are locked into fulfilling the order. If your listing sells on another platform, you will need to remove the listing from TickPick ASAP to avoid it selling there as well. If they sell on TicketMaster and you do not remove your listing, and then the listing sells on TickPick you will be held responsible to provide tickets to fill the order as well. You will need to monitor your listings/sales very closely to ensure you do not end up with what is called a double-sale.
Answer: Thanks for reaching out! The delivery of the tickets depends on the venue and if there are any delivery delays. We guarantee they will arrive in ample time, 24 hours prior to the event being the latest. Once your order is confirmed, you will get an email with the expected delivery date.
Answer: Hi there, Account surrender means the seller has setup an account that houses the tickets, they would then provide you with the login credentials and you would need to login to the account to view and access the tickets using the login credentials from the seller. It is a valid and safe form of delivery and only used when the event organizer has turned transfers off for that particular event. All sales are backed by our Buyer Trust Guarantee so even with Account Surrender orders, your order is safe and protected by our guidelines.
Answer: Yes, all of our orders have a buyer trust guarantee. If you have any issues with the validity of tickets on your order, you can contact our customer support and we will work with your seller to ensure you have valid tickets for entry at no additional cost to you.
Answer: Hi there, I apologize for the delayed response from our team. Sometimes, if your delivery date isn't until 24/48 hours before the event takes place would be because the tickets are being held and not transferable yet by the venue itself. It is very common for the venues to hold a delay on releasing barcodes to prevent fraudulent tickets from hitting the marketplaces. This is an added security measure out of our control. One of the many reasons you can rest assured with our Buyer Trust Guarantee! We have a dedicated fulfillment team monitoring all orders as they get closer to their "In-hand" date and we will offer replacements whenever possible if the seller misses their deadline to deliver. You may get the tickets before 10/29 so continue to keep a close eye on your emails and let us know if you have any questions.
