The tickets arrived in an email from Ticketmaster! They were regular tickets, just cheaper. Very good site - easy to use and no issues at the event
Seats were good, tickets worked, no problems. I'm sure there are some fees included, but, they weren't as many as those "convenience fees" that always popped up separately on other sites.
I purchased my tickets early enough to attend the event and also for my email to come so I could download my tickets through Ticketmaster so they could be scanned at the event. Well, after being contacted or first, I contacted customer service I received a phone call she sent me another link to see if they were there they weren't, then she told me that she would contact Ticketmaster so they could send me the link directly but that never happened either. So I ended up purchasing more tickets so that we could attend the event. I will no longer use this site. Also I tried to sell my tickets on TickPick, but when I attempted to do that, it told me that it could not discovered the card that I used to buy the tickets in the first place. So all around my experience was horrible. Just horrible.

Bought tickets for Cincinnati Reds v St. Louis Cardinals game that occurred on September 9th. Never got my tickets to pull up on the MLB/Ballpark app. Spent several hours before the game trying to fix it. Multiple e-mails to/from TickPick customer service to ultimately be told - we can't help you. Contact MLB/Ballpark. After several calls to MLB/long holds, they told me they could not help either because it was TickPicks issue.
Ultimately wound up at a ticket window at the stadium in Cincinnati where a Reds customer service provider was able to help me out.
It was incredibly annoying and frustrating to pay for tickets then drive several hours AND HOPE that you can get in because your service was unable to deliver the tickets that I purchased…

Tickets purchased and paid in full last week - originally told the ticket transfer would be available on the 11th - it is now after 6pm on the 12th and the tickets aren't transferred yet. TickPick representatives are friendly and nice; but they can't get me tickets. They've called the broker selling the tickets and he/she is having trouble getting them from the box office. I've asked for a refund to go purchase elsewhere. NOPE. A TickPick representative put an 8pm (23 hours before curtain goes up & 20 hours before meeting my guests for dinner and drinks prior to an evening at the theatre that I planned and invited them to) deadline for the ticket seller and I am held hostage (as is my nearly $550) until then. Meanwhile, I've watched 2 other sites sell groupings of 3 tickets that I can't go ahead and purchase while I wait 2 more hours...RIDICULOUS. I am going to end up without even single seats. Never again. TickPick is just a middle-man between you and the broker and your money is held hostage up until it's too late to do anything else even if the tickets you bought aren't available or provided.
The price I paid and for the seats I paid for were amazing. Thank you TickPicks for getting us great seats at the Florida Gator game and for it not costing us all the fees of other ticket places.

I ordered tickets and was worried when it was a few hours before the concert and I hadn't received anything. I emailed TickPick and some responded almost right away. My tickets sellers were not able to fill my order so TickPick was able to get me other tickets for the same price one row closer! I got my tickets and everything worked out perfectly! I love the Tick Pick website, unfortunately my experience with venue wasn't so great. Was denied entry because my chair didn't fit their criteria. However, watched other staff allowed people in with lawn seat chairs that were taller and larger than mines. Needless to say, I sold my tickets to other patrons.
