At first, I was skeptical because it took the seller almost a week to approve the sale. I was very happy that the tickets were delivered via the MLB Ballpark app, though. That gave me reassurance that the transaction was not a scam. The ticket prices were very affordable and we had excellent seats. The value was definitely evident. Totally unrelated to TickPick, the game started over four hours late due to thunderstorms. We weathered the storms and watched an 11-inning game. Free baseball and added value I suppose.
We saw Eddie Izzard thanks to TickPick, as in, we found reasonably priced tickets and enjoyed the show. The transfer process was only a little shaky, I got the message from TickPick to transfer the tickets, but TicketMaster was clearly not ready - in a little more time, I got the message from TicketMaster that the transfer was ready and the tickets were then transferred to me. Overall, a good experience and I will DEFINITELY use again, to see the ticket and pay only sales tax was most welcome.
Called day of event and TickPick wasn't able to help-they tried - the event folks wouldn't take the email we purchased the tickets. We went home and watched football game on tv. I followed up following Monday and Tick Pick is investigating and most likely will refund our $162. So for now I'm happy. Will let you know after we get refund
