I do not like when the only "ticket delivery" option is for tickets to be transferred to an electronic wallet. I do not own a smartphone and I do not have an electronic wallet. Now I have to make all sorts of efforts and waste hours potentially trying to contact someone who can make arrangements so I can pick up my tickets at the box office before the performance. Not everybody has a smartphone or knows how to use an electronic wallet! You should always offer a 'Pick-up tickets at box office' option! I have not yet called customer service to make pick-up arrangements but my past experience doing this was very painful and frustrating.
I do not like having no choice in how I receive my tickets. I prefer receiving tickets attached to an email that I can print and present at the venue. The "electronic transfer" option is very confusing as the tickets get transferred to... where? I am experiencing this very issue with some other tickets recently bought and all they (the vendor) can tell me is that the tickets were transferred to my mobile phone but they have been of absolutely no help to find where in my phone the tickets are saved (or even if they are indeed in my phone at all). Now, I am fully expecting to have to go through the same process once these tickets are confirmed. Old folks like us prefer paper tickets, and printing our tickets that are attached to an email is as complicated as it needs to be for us.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
