The process between the Website on my computer and then requiring the mobile app on my phone was extremely difficult. It was not clear even thought I followed all the instructions step by step. When I received my tickets the mobile app did not show me the upload to my google wallet until after several attempts. I had to reach out to the customer support. They were very good and at least then I felt comfortable that I would eventually get my tickets.
I was completely disappointed with this experience. I live in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada and I went to the Thunder Bay Community Auditorium website to purchase tickets for a concert in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada! I went through the process and completed the purchase for 2 tickets for $521.00 (which I thought was high to being with). Then, after the transaction was completed I was notified that the price was in U.S. funds! There was no indication I was dealing in U.S. funds - why should I when I live in Thunder Bay and that is where the concert is?!? Now the cost is $742.00 for 2 tickets! I'm sure this company is aware of this. This is almost criminal?!? Never again.

The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
