I purchased two concert tickets for a smaller event through this site, thinking that I was actually on Ticketmaster. When I realized afterwards that this was a 3rd party site I was worried and looked up reviews, they didn't sound good unfortunately so I thought I would be out over 250$. Thankfully the tickets seem to have gone through just fine! The only issue is that for some reason I was charged un USD to buy Canadian tickets so I paid close to double the Ticketmaster price, oof.
I am the only one to blame but I pais way much more than the original site for baseball tickets. 40 for 12$ worth tickets... next time I'll do my shopping better. No refund obviously.
I'm always concerned about getting that correct ticket transferred THE DAY BEFORE THE EVENT. Then the explanation of downloading it, possibly having to make a new account to do it... why isn't it simple? I think that when I pay for the ticket, I should have immediate delivery and access to it..
Liked how it was a simple walk to the parking garage. Elevator was not easy and couldn't find it. Wasn't sure if we could park where it shows tenant (which was everywhere). Didn't like the fact I was surprised with having to pay to leave the garage at the end. I would expect it being a part of the price of the parking
I ordered my tickets back in March for a concert in August. The concert is in 2 days and I still haven't gotten my tickets. Their support email address says it's security risk so I have no way of contacting them.
