I purchased tickets to Jeff Dunham in…
I purchased tickets to Jeff Dunham in OKC not knowing it had been rescheduled. At the date of purchase the Ticketsonsale website stated the event was on April 9th. Great! So I purchase 4 tickets for $373.90. The next day I saw on Facebook the event had been rescheduled to January 2022. Afterwards further investigation I see that it has been rescheduled. Due to the 6 hour drive to the venue, in the winter, with Oklahoma's crazy weather, I know there is no way I can make that date. So I went online and tried to request a refund. I was informed that's impossible "due to government mandates". I asked to be transferred to a supervisor and was informed they "aren't allowed to do that" I asked why they were allowed to commit fraud and sell tickets under false pretenses and wad told "because of the terms and conditions you signed" I think asked what they were willing to do to resolve this issue and was told "goodbye".
This company is nothing but a scam! Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere! I just want my money back, is that too much to ask for?
Total scam. They sell tickets they don't have and "give a credit for a future event". Will they even be around for a future event? This is the only thing I want to go to. They said it was cancelled due to COVID-19 when it wasn't. I want my money back!

Ordering and getting the tickets was quick and easy. Payment options are great and secure and I received an email confirming my ticket purchase immediately. They also sent another email the following day so that I could confirm that I had received my tickets, with a link to receive help in case I didn't. I've never received this level of customer service BEFORE running into problems! I will definitely use them again!
So far everything's gone smooth and I definitely would use them again. I'm just waiting on the electronic transfer and it sounds like I'll receive it tomorrow.
BUYER BEWARE! They change their cancellation policies. THEY HAVE RAISED THEIR FEES to cover the refunds and credits they offered last year. Credit card disputes will be treated punitively when you attempt to get a credit for your cancelled event. They will fight you tooth and nail. DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THESE GUYS!
