I Purchased $ Tickets Two for one concert two for another concert... both concerts were canceled by the State Fair Due to Covid 19. Fair Gave Full Refunds. Not Them. Oh no one of the concerts was rescheduled for next year... yes Next Year the other was not. Still No Refund. They gave me credit to buy more tickets... Just not my Money. Stay Away from them unless you like throwing your money away...

This company is an absolute scam, please dont fall for it like i did. Purchased a $300 front row ticket to a country concert that was rescheduled 3 times, then all the headline artists pulled out. TicketsonSale has NOBODY to talk to (every call option, email, and live chat is a dead end. Trust me ive been trying for weeks). Once you pay there is absolutely no way to get back your money. I even bought the "insurance" which turns out to be worthless because they will deny any claim you file at all (i have friends at different concerts get denied as well... even if the concert is cancelled). Its all just a lure with low prices, and if ANY minor issue occurs you are stiffed with your payment. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. GO TO A REPUTABLE SELLER. What this business does is a crime

Terrible service. They don't seem to own the tickets, so they contact a seller to buy the tickets after you purchase. Suffice to say I never got my tickets, I got two emails at the same time, one saying "your tickets have been transferred" and a 2nd saying "your offer has expired and no longer valid". When I disputed they would not refund, absolutely no accountability or interest in learning what happened. Had to report as fraud to my credit card company.

Do not use these crooks. Overpriced and crappy customer service. Really bad $#*! heads. Fool you into purchasing as the only ones that can get you tickets. Just suck $#*! website

This company rip off bastards never use the wont give you your money back and wont talk to you ceep clear of these $#*!s.

Absolutely horrible customer service. My information was used to purchase tickets, and I reached out immediately. They refused to refund me or cancel the order in any way. They kept telling me that the Terms and Conditions state there are no refunds, even though I was not able to agree to any terms and conditions as it was not me who purchased the tickets! Extremely rude, unprofessional, and a horrible experience.

In my opinion and from my recent experience, you (Tickets on sale) are a disgusting company, you are the worst of the most fraudulent, you do not even resell spaces for events with dignity, you have to lie to the client to steal their money, you are not a structured business. You lie to the customer when we make substantiated claims, you don't even have any "claims department". Never Buy Here!

This company is a rip off and once the get your money it's a done deal. Customer service is horrible. If you have a issue they will hang up on you and delete the automatic email sent to you through email so you can't give them a bad review. Trust me when I tell you this company will take advantage of you and try to sell you tickets 3 times over price of face value. Worst place to buy tickets from. Search elsewhere! Trust Me!

I purchased a pit ticket so my husband could go see Lamb of God for his Birthday, but sadly the event got canceled, so I tried to get my refund back so we can at least do something for his Birthday and tickets on sale refuses to give me a refund. Even tho their policy says you would get a full refund if an event is canceled. I feel like this website is a scam since I have done business with a lot of sites including Ticketmaster and Eventbite and had always gotten my refund when an event was canceled. My proof of a ticket is #******* since my email now shows that I never got an email from them just that I want a refund not store credit in which they never provided me with.

They will not refund your tickets even in the event of a weather cancellation. Buy your tickets elsewhere.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I purchased NASCAR tickets and they never emailed me the link. Called and waited several hours on the phone with NO answer. Finally got a rude rep named Jose on the live chat (after waiting 3 hours). After asking the same questions over and over he said he saw the purchase and resent me the link to down load. I never got it and asked him to confirm the email he is sending it to. He disconnected the chat... and I never got any link. They basically stole close to $400 of my money. I was able to get the credit card company to refund it because apparently this company is known as a fraudulent shop. Just thought I would share this experience so no one else falls trap to their scams.

Went to TN to see a preditors game. Called and went through chat week prior saying haven't received tickets. Day of spent my entire vacation day of the game trying to contact to get the tickets. They kept saying tickets were verified and guaranteed that I would receive them. I also tried to cancel them 3 hours prior when I didn't receive them so I could buys others and they said I could because those tickets were verified and held for me. I went to the box office, they said there was nothing they could do because the game was sold out and they don't affiliate with that company selling tickets. After the game I tried to get my money back and there was no response that God Amex would honor the dispute otherwise I would be out $1,400.

I purchased very expensive baseball tickets and they told me the event was cancelled, which is wasn't. Now I can't get a refund, only store credit which is ridiculous! I paid the extra insurance and they still won't help me. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY EVER!

I bought 7 tickets for a concert on 5/3/21 and the concert gets canceled on 5/5/21. They were generous enough to give me a credit which I don't want. I would like a full refund which they refuse to give me.
This company needs to be put out of business. Do not buy your tickets from this company.

The customer service is horrible. They advertised morgan wallen with the luke bryan tour in Charlotte NC so I bought the tickets and found out they replaced morgan wallen so I didn't want them any more and asked for a refund since they advertised but they say that's not their problem. Will never purchase from them again.

They have no customer service and when you finally get someone in chat to help you they are of NO help! They mark up the price of tickets and are of no assistance whatsoever if the event is rained out. You are stuck with your tickets and will not to get a refund even when you buy insurance.

I purchased tickets with this site after, unfortunately, after not catching that I was redirected from TicketMaster. I decided what's the big deal and ordered two tickets for $400 plus tax/change. It's been two years thanks to the lovely pandemic, and the event was cancelled again. I've been on the phone with customer service multiple times since trying to get my money back and they just say the same thing "I understand your frustrated but this is all we can do." I call bull$#*! but somehow keep getting the same female over and over again. Then they tell you there's no one else to speak with, so I just get her. Tickets on Sale has the worst customer service and they just steal your money. Please please be careful and don't make the same mistake as me, triple check what site you're buying from.
