Bought Garth Brooks tickets from this company and I NEVER got them. Spent hours on the phone with them and they assured me I would get the tickets even up until 10 minutes before the concert. Called the next day to get a refund and they told me because they had an incorrect email when the tickets were purchased that a refund was not possible. Even though they got the correct email the day before and verified it. They also told me that they were in contact with the seller several times. They not only had my email but my husbands and said that tickets were being sent to both. They told me the night of the concert that I would get a refund and to call the next day. I also asked to speak to a supervisor and they hung up on me.

Their service feed is just as much if not more than the cost of the tickets. So two ticketrs is like 4 tickets in cost. One minute after purchase (a slip) they said NO refunds. Concert was rescheduled due to COVID. They waited until Fri at 300PM to SEND my tickets for SUNDAY at 3:00. $-6 hours later of chase down status, no tracking number, NOT shipped Saturday the day before... not worth it. Don't do it. Trust me. HORRIBLE. CRIMINALS!
So I bought tickets for an Event that is 8/8. I purchased them in early July. I was told that I would get the tickets by 8/1. It's now days before the event and the tickets won't be shipped till the day before. Unless they're personal bringing me the tickets no way will they get here in time. I called customer service and they said that they should get here in time but if not I will get a refund. I asked to cancel so I could buy them elsewhere and was told no. I then said I will dispute it with my CC company if I don't get the tickets. They said it would take 6-8 weeks to get my money back and it's not guarantee.
These guys are thieves! This show has been rescheduled two years in a row (a. K. a. Cancelled). Their customer phone services is an automated loop that takes you nowhere. They also have a chat feature that has a robot responding. Do NOT buy from these guys. They take your $$ and run!
This company looks legit….& In the end you get no tickets! Drove 3-1/2 hours to an event and was never able to get in…no tickets, no bar code to scan…no body to help in customer service! Was on hold for 105 minutes & nothing…. Was on there chat… couldn't find my order! Yet I had email confirmation and money gone from my bank! So not only did we not get to see the events. Yeah we bought tickets to two different events on the same day, but wasted money for hotel & gas & my time getting off work to go to! Let's just say I'm pissed a little bit! Would give zero if I could. Bought DC tennis tickets but TicketsOnSale website gave misleading and incomplete information, meaning I had seats to an empty stadium. Then service charges are not fully disclosed until final payment. Rates as price-gouging and scamming, in my personal opinion. Will watch for them and never use again.

They were charging $150.00 for lawn tickets for Tanglewood. I thought this was pricey because of Covid-19 and limited admissions. Turns out the actual cost of the tickets at the gate was $15.00. While I waited at the gate to buy tickets I heard of many people who were cheated by this organization. I would have given no star rating. But it wasn't an option.
We had bought vip tickets for James Taylor/Jackson Brown thru Tickets on sale. The concert was rescheduled 3 times. Went to inquire about our tickets and they said since I didn't originally claim them(we bought them 1 1/2 years ago with 3 reschedules) they returned them to the seller to resell and kept our $250! Refuse to refund. We bought them yet them sold them out from under us... steer clear!
I purchased tickets for two separate artists last year. They were both set to reschedule because of the pandemic and only recently they were finally cancelled. I received a refund two weeks ago for artist #1, and received an email today for artist #2 saying that they are ONLY giving store credit.

In March, I was charged $220 + fees 0f $74 apiece for two tickets. I had chosen reserved seats from a chart. What I did not realize at the time was that Tickets on sale had substituted General Admission for that high price. GA tickets are on sale currently for less than $80.

Received Dave Matthews Tickets 5 days before the event only to have them canceled by the seller 2 seconds after I accepted them. When I notified ticketsonsale.com (No phone option the 1st day to speak to someone live) on Live Chat they said their "Specific Team" will be contacting the seller and I will be receiving an update "anytime". Fast forward to the event day... No tickets. Phone option this time (95 minute wait.) Live Chat wait 30 minutes. "Specific Team" no update on seller. The response. Check your email periodically to see if the tickets come... WHAT! Event attendance takes planning, travel and not to mention, this is a birthday present!. So I ask for my money back. They refuse and state if the tickets do not come, I can have my money back. I reply so, if I get tickets 5 minutes before the event, I have to pay, and follow up with, "Do you think this is right?" I went to starlight theater website to buy 4 tickets and accidentally ordered tickets from this Company. They charged $107 dollars plus $35.00 service charge per ticket. Later I found out the tickets are valued at $25.00 a piece. I got scammed!

The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
