Need improvement asap you guys suck I want to hear

Simple so far, Depends on how it goes on 10/14 wether I get the tickets in a timely manner.

Easy and efficient. Just darn expensive - especially the "service" charges. And, I still do not have the tickets in my possession yet. Or, which suite we will be enjoying Mr. Clapton on 9/16/2023 at Ball Arena! I sure hope they are PRIME seats for the price. Thank you

I purchased 8 tickets through your website for a 9/15/23 Modest Mouse show at the Napa Oxbow Riverstage. After I purchased the tickets, I was alerted that the seats I purchased don't exist at the venue. This obviously makes you look like a fraudulent company and I have requested a full refund immediately. I meant to purchase my tickets through TicketMaster and accidentally bought them through your website, which was a mistake. I have already requested a full refund from you through Paypal and will escalate in Paypal's system if I don't receive it shortly.

Nightmare trying to toggle back and forth to get the code and losing the page with the blanks to enter the code- needed my laptop and phone.

Great experience very easy to do. Would definitely recommend them.

I was very anxious to buy tickets this way, but I had an amazing experience. Found my tickets very easily and paid securely with paypal and even if they said I was suppose to have the tickets from the resaler a month and a half later, I got them the same day. Was very happy about it and didn't regret to buy it from ticketsonsale.

I am an idiot and thought I was logging onto the official AXS site and proceeded a pace. Paid too much and can't refund.

The purchase process was very smooth. I paid $31 for each ticket to a comedy show. I couldn't find tickets from the direct seller so I was happy to find them here. However the fees here (like most other sellers) are too high. I paid about $10 per ticket in fees, plus $7 for the "mobile ticket delivery charge." Why should I be charged for an automatic electronic transfer of the ticket to my phone? That said, I understand that other online ticket sales company are just as bad with fees, and maybe even worse.

I paid for tickets that I thought were being sold directly from the venue because I had neither been to the venue nor used this website before. I was cruising through wanting to make sure I snagged tickets before I couldn't get them anymore. And after I purchased it, realized that these were resale and DOUBLE the price of tickets STILL AVAILABLE at the venue. I couldn't pull up my order on the website with my # and email and I tried to get a refund within 15 minutes of placing an order and was unable to get satisfactory help. The tickets are general admission, first come first serve, so I understand if they were seated and I was paying for good seats but everyone is paying the same amount who purchases tickets. So for these to be doubled is a clear case of simple price gouging and unethical. I will never purchase tickets through this seller again.

The most frustrating experience that I have had in a long time! I have been trying to buy tickets to give to another person. Therefore it is no point giving my cell- phone number and the recipient is not computer literate.

Horrible site.didn't get my tickets yet, will get them the day before- unacceptable, $50 more than other sites.
