Fees were too much. They should not add 70 dollars to my ticket
I'm so mad I used this site. My wife asked me to get 6 tickets for family Christmas gifts. She then sent a frantic message saying tickets were selling out and I had to hurry, so I just went with the first site I looked at in stead of shopping around reputable sites I use more often. It didn't even show me what row or seats I had for about a week. This site costed twice as much as the rest of our family spent on their tickets, so I feel pretty dumb and taken advantage of. Further more, it tricked me into hitting a "protect your tickets" button which costed me an extra $360 I cannot justify. I'm sick about all this! I've tried to reach out to customer service to cancel but they will not even respond. Awful experience!

I'm good with computers, so purchasing the tickets was fine. But accepting them and getting the app n' such was annoying... not smooth. I wish I could download the tickets like I used to be able to.
