I'm pissed I didn't realize this was a resale site and I spent double on these stupid tickets. I called and asked if I could cancel and they acted like I was crazy. But the confirmation email has an "I cancelled this order" option so how can I cancel it b/c I want to! I don't have this much moeny for these tickets. $40 just in the fees alone! It's predatory.

I had no idea I was buying from a reseller, I also did not know how high the fees were until I clicked confirm…I called upset because also I got an email then from someone named George saying my tickets were ready with Ticketmaster. I had to transfer them? None of this made sense so I called and did a chat but they have no flexibility on cancelling. I would of never bought from a reseller and the process is confusing and there's lack of clarity from ticketsonsale
I purchased tickets online for an event, it was easy to purchase the tickets, but I've since gotten multiple emails saying that they ARENT my tickets and to click to get the tickets, but then even when I click those buttons, they just take me to ticket master but I still don't see a tangible ticket there that could be scanned at the event. SO I don't know if I have the actual tickets or if those are still coming, as their are multiple places saying the tickets will be available 2 days before my event. So then why am I confirming I have tickets that I don't have? Lol I'm so confused.
I was satisfied with the transaction I did in order to get late tickets to the game. The fees seemed high but I guess you have to make money. Will likely be more prepared in the future and not resort to having to pay the fees.

J'ai fait une 2ème commande puis on m'a indiqué qu'elle était en double, alors j'ai annulé cette 2ème. Donc, j'ai réussi mais le processus a été un peu plus long que normal.
I thought this site was ticket master- I didn't realize that it was 3rd party until after I purchased. I haven't received the tickets yet, and likely won't until the day before the event which is slightly nerve wracking. We will see what happens….
The way you don't get your tickets when you order them, then you get an email that is your confirmation email but it's not titled "confirmation email, then I've gotten two emails asking if I've gotten the confirm email, all while not having my tickets is confusing. I've been to countless concerts, comedy shows, and live events and this has not been a great experience.

I was and still alittle worried, I have read reviews saying this was a scam, my conformation email states I will receive the tickets day before the concert,, ( that concerns me)
