I purchased 6 tickets in September of this year and have not received my tickets, customer service has been incredibly nice but can't explain why my tickets haven't been created/transferred to me from the vendor. Recently I had to purchase 1 more for the same event and magically within 1 hour I got the ticket transferred to me, so what gives? I just wish I lived that same experience when I bought my initial 6 tickets
