Friday, Could not download my tickets on Ticketmaster said there was an error come back later. Saturday, Went back next day and there was nothing there. Gone. No recourse all sales final! Sunday, Email asking if I had received an email for my tickets, went in to see if I could dispute anything and tried Ticketmaster again, magically tickets appeared. Don't think I will use this service again aggravated.

When I got the confirmation email, it was unclear to me how the tickets would be downloaded. I'm used to downloading to my Wallet or a download that was clearly instructed. I tried chat, but that was useless. It kept asking how they could help with giving me the same response in the email. Obviously I couldn't get a live person to chat with. My next tried to call, but that was also useless because it didn't give me an option until I finally figured out to go to the very end and press pound to get a live operator. That was very helpful and I got it straightened out. You just keep the email that you have and the downloaded tickets will stay in that. I am still a little leery about that even though the representative assured me at work because the email says "this is not your ticket and you can't use it to get into the event." I'm hoping when the event comes that there will be no problems.

The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
