The charges are ridiculous! I don't understand why they're almost as much as the price of the ticket?
The process was confusing for me. I was not sure who I was purchasing from tickets on sale or axs
Everything was fine until I was required to write a review and it is a pain in the $#*!
Add $96 per ticket fee when I tried to cancel within minutes of confirmation I was told all sales are final & i checked a box consenting to fees, which i did not do or if i did it was not made clear. I was told 2 tickets would be $177 including fees & was charged $387!

Still waiting for my ticket to be transferred to my email so that i will know my seat number. I previously ordered from another site and the tickets were transferred to me by the next day from the seller with my seat number listed. I need trust ticket transferred to me as soon as possible PLEASE!
These ticket websites rob us in "fees". We are already paying way too much to the artists and having to get a hotel as we are not in the area but even if we were in the area, I would still find the fees to be a burden that is far too expensive for what it is.

I already paid a scalper price at$175 per ticket and when it went through my payment it wasn't $350 for 2 tickets it was $470+
The entire process went through smoothly. However I was a bit disappointed that I have to wait till closer to the event day to obtain my ticket. As of this writing I still have not received my ticket
