I bought two tickets and i haven't received them at all yet and im not even sure if the two tickets will be seated next to each other.
I had the wrong name on the ticket that was going to be picked up and the issue was fixed within a matter of minutes with two minutes at the longest on hold and very minimal robots which I like, it sent me straight to a human.

Site used google advertising to push itself above official ticket seller for my event. I should have looked harder before purchase, that's on me, but I don't appreciate the attempt at crowding out reliable and guaranteed resources, for a reselling model that doesn't require the product I'm looking for to even exist at the time of purchase.
