Sent to my phone had issues with scanner reading QR code. Rude lady come out office fussing. Then after concert we had lots of trouble leaving parking garage, scanner once again wouldn't read QR code after few minutes it finally read it so we could exit and go home. Very nerve wrecking. Cust. Service was closer so we was own our own no help just kept trying to get it.to scan and it finally did
I had thought I was on the venue site to purchase tickets, I was not. After all of the prompts, I got a little impatient and just skimmed through everything. I ended up spending over $130 more than I should have because I didn't read what they were charging. Sales are final...I wonder why? Tried afterwards to see what I was paying for and still I am not sure. Not a good experience for me at all.

The tickets were far and above overpriced and when accidentally purchased, and had not yet received the tickets, was not helped. There's zero regulation on price gauging or help for customer service.
The huge charge for a service fee is outrageous. One-third of the price of the ticket. Then to get the tickets you are required to set up an account and a password on Ticketmaster. Then I get 3 emails from Ticketmaster. I still don't have my tickets.

The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
