My wife has wanted to see the Nutcracker. I wasn't settling for anything but the best. I had no idea what I was doing, but knew what type of seats I wanted. Found the best seats I could with a center view and hit the button. Everything else was easy. The only thing that I would have liked to see was a dress code for the venue.
