Fraud

This company is fraud. I reserved a hotel room. When I got to the hotel, the lady didn't have a reservation for me. Even though I had a conformation number …I didn't have a reservation. I called ticket at works a few times and still no reservation. After driving 18 hours in a vehicle with 2 small kids …. I didn't have a room. So I told them just to forget it. The lady at hotel said they didn't have a available rooms to even help me out. Now I had to find another hotel which was not easy because it was a busy time.
No refund. I called Discover credit card …. No help because apparently I canceled. What? Seriously!
How can I cancel a reservation that they never made? What was I suppose to do? Apparently the reservation that the tickets at work had to remake because the first one was never processed, had a no refund cancellation. But again how can I cancel something that was never made? They can't send me a receipt of the hotel having a reservation. The hotel can't give me any documentation because I didn't have a reservation. Nobody at ticket at wrk will talk to me. They put me on hold and then hang up. Obviously they are guilty. Ticket at works is fraud. And Discover Card sucks.

Never buy gift cards on TicketatWork
January 4, 2021

I bought three E-gift cards on TicketatWork, and the link can't used just after one month. I contacted their customer service seeking refund, they only transfered the responsibility to Omnicard (Which is the third party that provides the Egift Card service) After I reclaim my Egift cards to Omnicard, NEVER GOT A REPLY. And TIcketatWork said they can't do anything about it. That's how I lost my money for about $50. It's a FRAUD.

Worst experience ever
November 12, 2021

Been told three times we would have our tickets a week I've call twice this week to be told our tickets will be there in 24 hour then told we would have them Friday well it's Friday and still no tickets now they say we might not get them till Sunday the show is Sunday I think they scammed us out of our money

Bought two tickets for the museum for specific time in August - got there and the museum was closed for renovation and wouldn't be open until October! Tried to get refund - forget it!

I called the customer service asking about cancellation just out of curiosity on booking a hotel and gave me the answers on what I wanted and walk me through on booking a reservation and proceeded to have me booked it through the phone and numerous times proceeded to book it through the phone with her hasn't she was so desperately to get my credit card information and saying it was the best way to go through her I didn't trust it I hung up on her and she proceeded to call me three times leave voicemails just so much an effort to get my credit card information I believe playing as the sneaky as in to book a reservation it was suspicious so I answered and asked her where she calling from and she said the Philippines has her number stated it was a Florida caller ID she was Indian. Saying she's a third party.

Refund Nightmare

I'm an employee of USAA. I booked a hotel room through ticketsatwork.com for 03/11/22 in Lake Bueuna Vista, Fl When I Arrived to check in to the hotel. I was turned away due to the hotel beginning over booked by third party companies. No rooms were available. I tried calling ticketsatwork.com but they was closed 03/11/22 when I was turned away. I called them 03/12/22, explained the situation advised a refund request had been made. I would get a responds within 72hours. No response I called back 03/16/22 spoke with Edgar. He continued to give me the run around, refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor and put me on hold for more than 30mins without even returning to the phone. Very rude, horrible customer service.He disconnect the call, called back was escalated to a supervisor Rochelle Employee id# *******. She was bot very helpful I even provided two points of contacts at the hotel for them to verify. Still nothing I Keep getting told they have to check with their partner for refund. I spoke with supervisor Edwin G in Guatemala. Problem still unresolved with no answer and no refund, and now their asking for another 48hours. I would just like my refund.

I've been trying to get refunded for concert tickets. The show was canceled due to Covid. I've been calling Tickets At Work for almost two years with no resolution.

We apologize but as a 3rd party these "Preferred Access" tickets come directly from a seller. If the show is postponed then a refund cannot be provided as advised in the agreed upon terms of sale. If the show is cancelled then a refund will be given automatically. Please provide us an order number and we will gladly check with the broker and see if a refund can be provided. Thank You.

This company is a absolute joke!
I bought two 3 day all exclusive passes for Vegas a month in advance, which included one big activity and multiple small activities. We booked the grand canyon as the big activity a month in advance as well. We arrived in Vegas 6/12 and we planned on using the passes starting the next day. On 6/13 I got a email from the grand canyon stating they could not validate the passes. I checked on the passes and ONE pass had become expired (PASSES ARE GOOD FOR ONE YEAR) I reached out to the grand canyon, they stated the passes were scanned early due to them expiring. I reached out to go city and tickets work. Both of them did not know what was going on and requested screen shots as I sent them over. They stated I would have a resolution in 1-3 hours. I reached out to the grand canyon again, they sent a request to have the passes unscanned and for them to be valid. They got no response for that. I called go city and tickets at work and demanded a refund, they stated it's non refundable due to them being used. Which they were NOT used as our activity was set for Wednesday. All contact numbers go to India so there is a HUGE language barrier between both parties trying to communicate. 456.00 dollars later and we never got to use the passes for our week long vacation in Vegas. I filed a dispute with the bank. THIS COMPANY AND GO CITY ARE SCAMS! If you want to spend your hard earned money and not get anything in return then this is the company for you. I will continue to call and request to get two valid passes.

I booked a hotel in Florida and Hurricane IAN got stronger to CAT4 storm. I called to cancel my trip as I am driving with my family to Daytona Beach and will face the storm wether when we get there or on the way. It is very risky to drive and it will be just boring to sit inside a hotel for your stay without any fun. ( what is the purpose of a vacation then). When I called, The rep said you are 2 hours late for free cancellation and I have to pay $230 penalty as I am late 2hrs. Lol. I said ok, let me then change the date so I avoid the storm (knowing that I am moving my date by 1 week, not by too much). They said that they cannot do that unless they cancel the 1st reservation and open a new one. A disgusting way to make you pay the late fees again. Others like Expedia, Kayak... they allow that with no penalties. They are doing that just to rob you. Be careful. I cancelled thew trip and they send no cancellation email so I asked for the cancellation number, The rep said that they don't offer cancellation number.and he was going to credit me the rest of my money in a voucher form, I said "hell NO". They have a fishy business and they don't know how to make a client. I am reporting them to my company so they review what they are doing and I hope they cancel any business with them. As far me, I am not using them anymore in anything they offer or anyone related to them.

Hi I have had some very bad experiences dealing with Ticketsatwork. In 2020 I reserved a room in Indiana through ticketsatwork I drive hours to get to the hotel to find out. I have no reservations through ticketsatwork at the hotel. I end up having to sleep in my vehicle. Ticketsatwork then resolved the issue by giving me a credit voucher for the money I spent on the hotel room. Not a refund of the money. NOW in Sept 2022 I make reservations for a hotel in Virginia through ticketsatwork. I get to the hotel & here we go again. I have no reservations at the hotel under ticketsatwork. The hotel receptionist did all she could to accommodate me but to no avail. I had to end up being sent by the staff to their adjoining/partnering hotel to get a room. I called ticketsatwork several times for them to end every conversation with my refund request has been denied. I lost almost $180. On the first reservations in 2020. Now I have lost $431 in Sept 2022 on a hotel reservations. I recommend that you go to a reputable 3rd party for booking your needs. TICKETSATWORK IS ONLY IN BUSINESS TO RIP YOU OFF. I am so disappointed & unsatisfied about my experience with Ticketsatwork. Ticketsatwork will never get business from me again. I advise you all to go through booking.com or any other 3rd party booking site except Ticketsatwork.

We bought a high end package through tickets at work which we were very excited about. We were to save about 10% which wasn't a huge discount but we thought we were saving at least a little bit. It was a dated ticket which could only be used that calendar date. When we arrived we were told that they had no record of our tickets and because of covid and other reasons they were sold out and we could not enter. We had booked our trip around this extra special occasion and were very upset. We had spent over $1000 for our family on these tickets. We spent a couple hours on the phone that morning trying to figure out what had happened with tickets at work and they assured us it would be okay and they were sorry for what had happened.
We come home from our trip and we still hadn't gotten our refund so we called and they issued us another 'ticket' for our request.
Nothing
Again, nothing... we have had about 10 'tickets' that they assured us would be fixed and handled and we still never got our money. Eventually, we got $200 back with a very weak explanation. We had to call back many more times.
Still 4 months later we have not had this resolved and tickets at work is not doing their part or showing any responsibility in their error. Not to mention the bad experience from our very special vacation. I won't ever use Tickets at Work again.

If I could give them zero stars i would! Do not use this company if you can avoid it! We had an issue with dates when using the website to book a room and realized after when reviewing our confirmation email that the date was incorrect. We called the company THE NEXT DAY to have the date corrected and we're told basically too bad so sad and that we would have to forfeit $500 for the room because of their cancellation policy. The cancellation policy does say that there are no refunds, fine I get that, but we were not trying to get a refund we were trying to get the date switched to the correct date! We were repeatedly told that their cancellation policy was no refunds and it was just an endless loop with no reasonable explanations being made as to why we simply couldn't switch that date. On a side note, underneath the no refund statement it does say that you can make adjustments up to 72 hours before your stay. The company is ridiculous and I plan on posting this as many places as possible! DO NOT USE TICKETSATWORK!

Scam bussines

Recently, my coworker told me his going to Disneyland and said he saved 30% on tickets through TICKETS AT WORK. I went to their website and put the tickets in the cart, since I just came from disneyworld last week and I knew the price of the tickets, I found that the tickets were priced the same and after getting the total cost at check out, the total amount was more than buying them from the disney website. I even checked the price of the same hotel I stayed at and the same rental car from the same agency and was also more expensive from tickets at work! I feel so bad for my coworker being scammed by this reseller company! Don't waste your time trying to get something good from this company because you won't! Make friends and coworkers aware of this! I will report to HR department in my company so that it get removed from our benefits! And I will also reported to the BBB too! This don't care ripping people off! They just give you bad time and waste your time! Look at all the bad reviews! Nothing but bad comments! And looks like they just copy and paste there responds to those complaints. So bad I have to give one star because they don't even deserve that!

I implore you to stay away from Ticketsatwork, consumers & business vendors alike, do NOT do business with TAW. We purchased tickets that indicated we could redeem online, however the vendor does not accept their voucher online. We contacted TAW to try to work it out, but all they did was blame the vendor & the consumer.
Customer service belittled us, at one point stating your ticket is only worth $35, "we do not have time and are dealing with $2000 tickets." (I feel sorry for the customer who spent $2000 at TAW, god bless you).
If it clearly states on the voucher that we can redeem online, and yet this is not true, it is fair to say TAW is not honoring their end of the deal. We simply asked for a refund. Well they absolutely refused. Customer service continues to address us condescendingly, telling us to just show up at the business without reservations... if the business didn't have available seats? Just take whatever seating they have available even if you have to wait hours for seats.

Vendors: TAW also pushed the responsibility to the vendor, blaming them for their malfunction website. The vendor website does work, it is the redemption code that is not valid. Please save your customers by stop sending your business to Ticketsatwork.

It is a small price for us to pay but huge lesson learned. Please stay away from Ticketsatwork, there is a reason for the across the board 1 star review, "horrifying" "Scam" "nightmare" are all accurate keywords. Wish I did my homework and saved myself the time & aggravation.

PS: the reps today were Randy, Augusto, and a lady who I do not recall name. Customer service skill is awful.

Tickets to Usher show bought 2 months prior, got to vegas spent 10hrs emailing and calling ticketmaster and ticketsatwork. The link the 3rd party ticket supplier they use sent kept telling me tickets where transferred already and i never got the tickets. They couldnt even provide me with the email they sent the tickets to. Couldnt provide a ticketmaster confirmation number so ticketmaster could locate the tickets. Couldnt provide the 3rd party supplier contact information. Told me to call ticket master and have me a phone number that is not in service for ticketmaster. Complete disaster, i asked for refund and they refused. 800 dollars for my wifes anniversary gift and nothing. I had to purchase 2 additional tickets from stubhub ( which where cheaper and better seats) to add insult when i looked at the seats we had somebody was sitting in them. Scam! Scam! Scam! I reported to consumer afffairs i will tel every police and fire service to never use ticketsatwork. I was told go to the box office but HELLO vegas MGM doesnt have a boxoffice ticketmaster is all online. Complete disaster. The worst experience ill spend my days letting people know never to trust ticketsatwork. I have all emails as proof
