I am expected to write a review before I get my tickets? Doesn't make sense. If I get my tickets right away, I will be satisfied. I do NOT want to post my review. This makes no sense.

I don't understand why I have to write a review to get my tickets that I ordered. It is actually annoying and I will never use this site again.

Failure to disclose service fee when using their service. Too hard to get digital tickets And complete the process.

It only took me 5 minutes to order review and pay. The fees took me by surprise but since I got the cheap seats, it's worth it.

I brought Coldplay tickets for BC face value of 70 dollars each these scumbags over charged me $480 hidden charges left right and centre avoid this site at all costs or it will cost you! YOUR WELCOME

Very smooth and instinctual. The pricess as a whole was refreshing, from other experiences. To include Ticket Master. Nice to know that there is another means to obtain tickets. The service fees on the other hand. To be honest were too steep. Service fees turned out to be almost half the ticket price.

BUT - these were the 'best' cheap seats I could find... sooooooooooo...

Easy to navigate and see the section you are buying tickets in. But then they didn't give seat numbers after I purchased the tickets, just the row number and section. I hope all the seats are together! Also, the service charges are the highest I've ever paid. I'll be taking Tickets. Expert off my list to buy tickets from in the future.

I got the tickets i needed at a decent price so i am happy. It was easy to navigate which made the process simpler. I don't really care for how high the delivery fee and service fee were though.
